射陽縣秸稈發(fā)電的分布式秸稈儲運系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:我國是一個農(nóng)業(yè)大國,生物質(zhì)資源非常豐富,農(nóng)作物秸稈資源量6-8億噸。由于農(nóng)作物秸稈傳統(tǒng)功能的消失和農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的季節(jié)性特點,焚燒、拋溝河己成為當前農(nóng)民處理秸稈的快捷手段,由此產(chǎn)生了大氣和水環(huán)境污染,影響交通、危害人身健康和財產(chǎn)安全,有效利用農(nóng)作物秸稈已經(jīng)成為當務(wù)之急。秸稈屬于低碳燃料,硫含量均低于煤炭,是一種“清潔綠色可再生能源”。我國高度重視再生能源的使用,提出減少化石能源使用比例,大力發(fā)展低碳經(jīng)濟,鼓勵秸稈發(fā)電,并出臺了一系列優(yōu)惠政策。據(jù)調(diào)查,生物質(zhì)發(fā)電廠普遍存在本地黃色秸稈收集難的問題,經(jīng)常舍近求遠,需赴外地采購灰色秸稈,造成能源的浪費,另一方面農(nóng)村稻麥秸稈無法運離田頭,農(nóng)民付之一炬,導(dǎo)致空氣污染。如何解決秸稈轉(zhuǎn)運的問題,是保護生態(tài)環(huán)境、改善能源結(jié)構(gòu)的關(guān)鍵。農(nóng)作物秸稈轉(zhuǎn)運成本直接關(guān)系生物質(zhì)發(fā)電的效益,如果處置不當,就會直接影響生物質(zhì)電廠的儲存運行。分布式秸稈轉(zhuǎn)運系統(tǒng)由秸稈的收集、由轉(zhuǎn)運站初步加工處理、儲存、運輸成品至生物質(zhì)發(fā)電廠幾個環(huán)節(jié)。本文以射陽縣國能射陽生物發(fā)電有限公司為樣本,用層次分析法和問卷調(diào)查的方法證明秸稈發(fā)電是秸稈綜合利用的最佳方法之一,并指出秸稈物流是保證秸稈發(fā)電廠正常運營的重要環(huán)節(jié);對秸稈轉(zhuǎn)運系統(tǒng)進行分析論述,按分布式秸稈二級轉(zhuǎn)運體系運行秸稈收儲運,可解決秸稈物流的困難。分布式秸稈轉(zhuǎn)運系統(tǒng)是一個特殊的物流系統(tǒng),本文作者重點考察國能射陽生物發(fā)電有限公司物流系統(tǒng)運作中存在的問題,通過建立最優(yōu)秸稈轉(zhuǎn)運系統(tǒng)的目標數(shù)學模型,結(jié)合線性規(guī)劃和經(jīng)濟學最小成本法,分析研究秸稈轉(zhuǎn)運系統(tǒng)的布局和數(shù)量規(guī)模設(shè)置,尋求物流中心的科學選址方法和解決秸稈收儲運成本高的途經(jīng)。
[Abstract]:China is a large agricultural country, rich in biomass resources, crop straw resources 6-800 million tons. Because of the disappearance of the traditional function of crop straw and the seasonal characteristics of agricultural production, burning and throwing ditch river have become the quick means for farmers to deal with the straw, which has resulted in air and water pollution and affected traffic. Endangering personal health and property safety, the effective use of crop straw has become an urgent matter. Straw is a low-carbon fuel, sulfur content is lower than coal, is a "clean green renewable energy." China attaches great importance to the use of renewable energy, proposes to reduce the proportion of fossil energy use, vigorously develop low-carbon economy, encourage straw power generation, and issued a series of preferential policies. According to the investigation, the problem of local yellow straw collection is common in biomass power plants. They often go to other places to buy gray straw, which results in waste of energy. On the other hand, the rural rice and wheat straw cannot be transported away from the field, and the farmers are burned to the fire. Cause air pollution. How to solve the problem of straw transportation is the key to protect ecological environment and improve energy structure. The transportation cost of crop straw is directly related to the benefit of biomass power generation. If the disposal is not proper, it will directly affect the storage and operation of biomass power plant. The distributed straw transportation system is collected by straw, processed, stored and transported to biomass power plant by transfer station. This paper takes Sheyang Guoneng Sheyang Biogeneration Co., Ltd. as a sample, and proves that straw power generation is one of the best methods for comprehensive utilization of straw by means of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and questionnaire survey. It is pointed out that straw logistics is an important link to ensure the normal operation of straw power plant, and the difficulty of straw logistics can be solved by analyzing and discussing the straw transportation system. The distributed straw transportation system is a special logistics system. The author focuses on the problems in the operation of the logistics system of Guoneng Sheyang Bio-electric Power Co., Ltd., and establishes the objective mathematical model of the optimal straw transportation system. Combined with linear programming and economic minimum cost method, the layout and quantity scale of straw transportation system are analyzed and studied, and the scientific location method of logistics center and the way to solve the high cost of straw collection and transportation are sought.
