【摘要】:近年來,隨著我國各個方面的快速和穩(wěn)健的發(fā)展,我國的鐵路運輸行業(yè)質(zhì)量也得到了迅猛的提升,目前我國更是將鐵路行業(yè)的發(fā)展列入我國最新的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略當(dāng)中。鐵路運行速度多次提升,高鐵的建設(shè)全面鋪開,鐵路行業(yè)的技術(shù)水平已經(jīng)達(dá)到了世界領(lǐng)先水平,已經(jīng)將我國的很多先進(jìn)技術(shù)推向了國外。但是,我國也有自己的鐵路運輸?shù)奶厥鈫栴},我國是人口大國,,工業(yè)大國,鐵路運輸是我國目前最重要的一個運輸方法,承載著運輸人員、物流中轉(zhuǎn)、工業(yè)原材料運輸?shù)榷囗椆ぷ。隨著人民生活水平和文化水平的提高,人們出行旅游的頻率不斷的增加,此外,物流行業(yè)的迅猛發(fā)展,也為鐵路運輸增加了很多負(fù)擔(dān)。 鐵路信號設(shè)備是鐵路正常運行的關(guān)鍵部分,是列車安全運行的保障。那么如何及時的發(fā)現(xiàn)設(shè)備故障,如何采用新的故障檢測技術(shù),以及如何采用新的故障檢測設(shè)備,并結(jié)合完善的故障分析方法來進(jìn)行故障檢修是目前的研究熱點。迅速的發(fā)現(xiàn)故障、修復(fù)故障、排除故障,以及對鐵路的各個信號設(shè)備狀態(tài)進(jìn)行監(jiān)控和檢測是鐵路運輸部門最主要的研究工作,也是保證我國鐵路安全運行的基礎(chǔ)。目前,我國鐵路的各種信號設(shè)備都已經(jīng)不斷的更新、改革、完善和現(xiàn)代化;維修制度也在不斷的完善;維修人員的素質(zhì)也不斷的提高?偟膩碚f,我國鐵路的信號設(shè)備的維修質(zhì)量和維修水平已經(jīng)得到了巨大的提升,但是,隨著我國鐵路客運線路不斷的增多、鐵路運輸?shù)乃俣炔粩嗟奶嵘㈣F路運輸信號設(shè)備逐漸增加、鐵路運輸各種信號的多樣性、鐵路運行環(huán)境的復(fù)雜性,造成鐵路信號設(shè)備故障的原因也具有隨機(jī)性、多樣性、復(fù)雜性,這些都對鐵路信號設(shè)備的及時檢修提出了更高的要求,要求鐵路信號設(shè)備的維修要具有實效性,要有快速反應(yīng)機(jī)制,除了要對鐵路的信號設(shè)備的質(zhì)量有較高的要求,對鐵路部門的檢修速度和檢修時間也都提出了要求。由于鐵路信號設(shè)備很多,具有顯示、控制和報警等功能,檢測方法又具有十分復(fù)雜的特點,承擔(dān)著整個列車運行的指揮工作和保證鐵路運行通暢的工作。如果不及時其進(jìn)行檢修,輕則會造成列車的晚點,重則打亂了鐵路的運行秩序,造成重大事故和人員傷亡,因此單純依賴人工進(jìn)行檢測已經(jīng)不適應(yīng)目前的發(fā)展趨勢。 綜上所述,我國目前的鐵路運輸行業(yè),迫切要求開發(fā)一個鐵路專家故障診斷的系統(tǒng)從而能夠?qū)ΜF(xiàn)場采集的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實時的分析、及時的發(fā)現(xiàn)故障和及時的對設(shè)備故障進(jìn)行診斷,本文主要根據(jù)鐵路日常信號設(shè)備發(fā)生故障的各種類型、故障的原因、故障的一般解決方案來設(shè)計的專家故障診斷系統(tǒng),首先系統(tǒng)可以根據(jù)大量的歷史數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行前期分析進(jìn)而預(yù)警,以免產(chǎn)生故障,也可以為維護(hù)人員提供可靠的歷史數(shù)據(jù),然后系統(tǒng)運用專家診斷方法對鐵路運行過程中的故障問題進(jìn)行分析來確定故障的發(fā)生位置,并能及時提供最合適的檢修方法,及時以報表工單的形式報送給檢修人員,大大的提高了故障診斷和檢修的效率,系統(tǒng)由多個子模塊組成,主要有鐵路信號設(shè)備檢測的歷史數(shù)據(jù)模塊、故障原理的分析模塊、報表分析模塊組成,此外本文對各種推理規(guī)則和診斷方法進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的介紹,并舉例說明專家系統(tǒng)的一個具體應(yīng)用過程,能為鐵路運行中的信號設(shè)備故障提供準(zhǔn)確的分析,并及時的給予正確的處理方案,以便使讀者更好的進(jìn)行理解,并對目前還存在的一些不足進(jìn)行了總結(jié)和展望。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid and steady development of all aspects of our country, the quality of our railway transportation industry has also been improved rapidly. At present, the development of the railway industry is included in our country's latest development strategy. The speed of railway operation has been promoted many times, the construction of high speed rail has been completely opened, and the technical level of the railway industry has already been developed. It has reached the world's leading level and has pushed many advanced technologies of our country to foreign countries. However, China also has its own special problems of railway transportation. China is a large population, an industrial country, and railway transportation is the most important transportation method in our country at present, bearing the transportation and transportation personnel, the transfer of logistics, the transportation of industrial raw materials and so on. With the improvement of the people's living standard and the cultural level, the frequency of travel travel has increased continuously. In addition, the rapid development of the logistics industry has also added a lot of burden to railway transportation.
The railway signal equipment is the key part of the normal operation of the railway and the guarantee of the safe operation of the train. Then how to find the equipment fault in time, how to adopt the new fault detection technology, how to adopt the new fault detection equipment, and combine the perfect fault analysis method to carry out the troubleshooting are the hot spots at present. It is the most important research work of railway transportation department to find fault, repair fault, eliminate fault and monitor and detect the state of railway signal equipment. It is also the basis of ensuring the safe operation of railway in China. At present, all kinds of railway signal equipment in China have been constantly updated, reform, perfect and modernized; maintenance system In general, the maintenance quality and maintenance level of the railway signal equipment have been greatly improved. However, with the increasing number of railway passenger lines in China, the speed of railway transportation is continuously improved, the railway transportation signal equipment is gradually increasing, and the railway transportation signal equipment is gradually increasing. The diversity of all kinds of signals and the complexity of railway operating environment cause the causes of railway signal equipment failure also have randomness, diversity and complexity. These all put forward higher requirements for the timely maintenance of railway signal equipment. It requires the maintenance of railway signal equipment to be effective and there should be a rapid response mechanism, in addition to the The quality of the railway signal equipment has high requirements, and the maintenance speed and maintenance time of the railway department are also required. Because of many railway signal equipment, it has the functions of display, control and alarm, and the detection method has very complicated characteristics. It bears the command work of the whole train operation and ensures the smooth running of the railway. If it is not repaired in time, the light will cause the delay of the train, the weight of the train will disrupt the operation order of the railway, cause major accidents and casualties, so it is not suitable for the current development trend to rely solely on manual testing.
To sum up, the current railway transportation industry in our country is urgent to develop a system of fault diagnosis of railway experts so that the data collected in the field can be analyzed in real time, the fault is found in time and the fault of the equipment is diagnosed in time. This paper mainly based on various types of fault of railway daily signal equipment and fault. The expert fault diagnosis system is designed by the general solution of the fault. First, the system can be analyzed and then early-warning based on a large number of historical data, so as to avoid failure and provide reliable historical data for the maintenance personnel, and then the system applies expert diagnosis method to the fault in the railway operation process. Line analysis to determine the location of the fault, and can provide the most appropriate maintenance methods in time, timely delivery to the maintenance personnel in the form of report form, greatly improving the efficiency of fault diagnosis and maintenance, the system is composed of multiple sub modules, mainly the historical data module of railway signal equipment inspection, the analysis module of fault principle, In addition, this paper introduces various reasoning rules and diagnostic methods in detail, and illustrates a specific application process of the expert system, which can provide accurate analysis for the fault of the signal equipment in railway operation, and give the correct solution in time so that the reader can understand better. Some shortcomings are also summarized and prospected.
