包頭市公共交通信息化平臺中GPS與視頻系統(tǒng)管理的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:當前,智能交通的發(fā)展,無論從與之關(guān)聯(lián)的物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)、云計算技術(shù)的發(fā)展、應用,還是在交通管理部門、交警、物流等行業(yè)的探索和實際應用推廣方面,,都有了長足的進步。而在政府部門信息化的發(fā)展前景方面,無論從政府部門的行業(yè)管理層面,還是社會福利、民生、環(huán)保等的需求推動上,都為公共交通信息化建設(shè)提出更高的要求,同時公共交通信息化是社會交通資源利用最大化必由之路。 本文對交通信息化建設(shè)的發(fā)展過程,國際國內(nèi)交通信息化建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀,以及包頭市公共交通信息化的現(xiàn)狀進行了描述;并且對包頭市地區(qū)公共交通信息化各級運政管理、路政執(zhí)法、便民服務等單位部門中存在的問題均做了深入的研究。從實際工作出發(fā),針對包頭市各交通運輸管理部門信息化現(xiàn)狀及工作中所存在的問題做了細致的分析和總結(jié),確認了系統(tǒng)的功能性需求,設(shè)計總體的系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)。 本文重點圍繞著包頭市交通運輸管理信息化建設(shè)的一期工程中“包頭市公共交通信息服務平臺”的2個軟件模塊子系統(tǒng),一、“GPS監(jiān)控管理系統(tǒng)”,二、“視頻聯(lián)網(wǎng)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)”。其主要內(nèi)容如下: 1.闡述了課題的來源和建設(shè)交通信息化系統(tǒng)的意義,對國外部分發(fā)達國家的交通信息化建設(shè)進行了介紹,對包頭市交通局信息化建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀進行了總結(jié)。 2.對包頭市交通信息化建設(shè)需求和系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務處理流程都進行了研究。對GPS和視頻系統(tǒng)的管理需求、數(shù)據(jù)管理需求、VPDN網(wǎng)絡(luò)需求、數(shù)據(jù)采集子系統(tǒng)、數(shù)據(jù)分析子系統(tǒng)、呈現(xiàn)等方面需求都進行了分析。 3.對系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計、概要設(shè)計、數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計進行了詳細說明,并對GPS和視頻管理系統(tǒng)進行詳細設(shè)計,給出了各子系統(tǒng)中相應模塊所涉及的類。 4.對系統(tǒng)開發(fā)管理和開發(fā)過程所涉及的軟件開發(fā)過程、VPN技術(shù)及系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接方案,H.264編、云計算J2EE、I/O規(guī)范、 GIS等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)及這些技術(shù)在系統(tǒng)中的應用進行了詳細的論述。 論文的側(cè)重點是從軟件工程的角度給出了針對交通信息化工作需求中的GPS和視頻系統(tǒng)的整套設(shè)計方案,同時對于支撐軟件運行的其它網(wǎng)絡(luò)軟、硬件環(huán)境配置搭建的重要性和關(guān)鍵技術(shù)難點也給予了指出和說明,分別從系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)基礎(chǔ)平臺的實現(xiàn)、市局與下屬單位互聯(lián)實現(xiàn)、云中心的實現(xiàn)這三個運行環(huán)境作了詳細描述。希望對國內(nèi)其他城市的交通信息化建設(shè)有一定的借鑒作用.
[Abstract]:At present, the development of Intelligent Transportation (its) has made great progress not only in the development and application of Internet of things technology, cloud computing technology, but also in the exploration and practical application of traffic management departments, traffic police, logistics and other industries. In terms of the development prospects of government informatization, no matter from the level of industry management of government departments, or from the demand of social welfare, people's livelihood, environmental protection and so on, they all put forward higher requirements for the construction of public transport informatization. At the same time, public transportation information is the only way to maximize the utilization of social transportation resources. This paper describes the development process of traffic information construction, the current situation of international and domestic traffic information construction, and the current situation of public transport informatization in Baotou city, and the management of public transportation informatization at all levels in Baotou area. Road administration law enforcement, convenience services and other units in the existing problems have done in-depth research. Based on the actual work, this paper makes a detailed analysis and summary on the present situation of the informationization of the traffic and transportation management departments in Baotou and the problems existing in the work, confirms the functional requirements of the system, and designs the overall system structure. This paper focuses on two software module subsystems of "Baotou Public Transport Information Service platform" in the first phase of the construction of traffic and transportation management information in Baotou, one, "GPS monitoring and management system", two, Video Network Surveillance system. Its main contents are as follows: 1. This paper expounds the source of the subject and the significance of constructing the traffic information system, introduces the traffic information construction of some developed countries abroad, and summarizes the present situation of the information construction of Baotou City Traffic Bureau. 2. The requirements of traffic information construction and the business process of the system are studied. The management requirements of GPS and video system, the requirements of data management, data acquisition subsystem, data analysis subsystem, presentation and so on are analyzed. 3. The overall design, outline design and database design of the system are described in detail. The GPS and video management system are designed in detail, and the classes of the corresponding modules in each subsystem are given. 4. This paper discusses in detail the key technologies such as software development process VPN technology, system network connection scheme H.264, J2EE / I / O specification, GIS and their application in the system. From the point of view of software engineering, the whole design scheme of GPS and video system in traffic informatization is given, and the other network software that supports the software running is also given in this paper. The importance of hardware environment configuration and key technical difficulties are also pointed out and explained, respectively from the implementation of the system network infrastructure platform, the city and subordinate units to achieve interconnection, the implementation of the cloud center of the three operating environments are described in detail. Hope to other cities in China traffic information construction has a certain reference role.
