【摘要】：在全球化的經(jīng)濟大潮中,世界社會經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,使得企業(yè)所面臨的競爭壓力越來越激烈。面對著這日益激烈的競爭壓力,優(yōu)秀的企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略是企業(yè)實現(xiàn)持續(xù)發(fā)展和穩(wěn)健經(jīng)營的重要保證。所以,如何對企業(yè)環(huán)境的準確分析,從而科學而客觀的制定企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略,對企業(yè)有著重要的理論意義。SWOT分析法作為一種戰(zhàn)略分析法,基于企業(yè)內(nèi)部資源、外部條件,對企業(yè)進行戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境分析及戰(zhàn)略制定。但傳統(tǒng)SWOT分析法僅限于定性分析,缺少定量分析,導致企業(yè)不能科學的在進行制定企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略。論文以十三師物流產(chǎn)業(yè)為研究對象,運用SWOT法分析十三師物流產(chǎn)業(yè)中存在的問題,進行了深入研究,并提出改進思路,找出十三師現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)發(fā)展的問題,分析原因并采取戰(zhàn)略措施,全面促進十三師物流業(yè)的發(fā)展,進而為哈密地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展注入活力。本文首先對國內(nèi)外企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略研究及SWOT方法模型進行簡單介紹;其次全面分析了十三師現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)發(fā)展的基本情況,對十三師產(chǎn)業(yè)物流供給需求進行分析;并采用SWOT的分析方法,定性定量分析了十三師在發(fā)展現(xiàn)代物流產(chǎn)業(yè)中存在的優(yōu)勢和劣勢,機遇和挑戰(zhàn)找出目前存在的一些問題、未來發(fā)展的機遇與挑戰(zhàn);在此基礎上研究了十三師現(xiàn)代物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展定位、發(fā)展目標及戰(zhàn)略措施。
[Abstract]:In the global economic tide, the rapid development of the world economy makes enterprises face more and more fierce competition pressure. In the face of this increasingly fierce competitive pressure, excellent enterprise strategy is an important guarantee of sustainable development and stable management. Therefore, how to accurately analyze the enterprise environment and make the enterprise strategy scientifically and objectively has important theoretical significance for the enterprise. SWOT analysis method is a kind of strategic analysis method, based on the internal resources and external conditions of the enterprise. Carry on the strategic environment analysis and strategy formulation to the enterprise. However, the traditional SWOT analysis is limited to qualitative analysis and lacks of quantitative analysis, which leads to the inability of enterprises to make enterprise strategy scientifically. This paper takes the logistics industry of the 13th division as the research object, analyzes the problems existing in the logistics industry of the 13th division by using the SWOT method, makes a thorough study, and puts forward the improvement ideas, and finds out the problems in the development of the modern logistics industry of the 13th division. This paper analyzes the reasons and takes strategic measures to promote the development of logistics industry in the 13th Division, thus infusing vitality into the economic development of Hami region. This paper first introduces the domestic and foreign enterprise strategy research and the SWOT method model; secondly, analyzes the basic situation of the 13 divisions modern logistics industry development, analyzes the 13 division industry logistics supply demand, and adopts the SWOT analysis method. Qualitative and quantitative analysis of the 13 divisions in the development of modern logistics industry in the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and challenges to find out the current problems, opportunities and challenges for future development; On this basis, the development orientation, development goals and strategic measures of the 13 th division modern logistics industry are studied.
