廣州CQ物流公司城市物流配送發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)化和城市化步伐的加快,城市人口越來越龐大和集中,有關(guān)城市化的課題也越來越多。現(xiàn)代城市的工作、居住、交通和游憩等幾大功能,都與物流配送密切相關(guān)。城市物流配送體系構(gòu)建和完善,保障著城市所需各種物質(zhì)輸入和輸出,支撐著城市的工業(yè)需求和城市居民物質(zhì)需求。城市物流配送的即時(shí)化水平?jīng)Q定著生產(chǎn)、分配、交換和消費(fèi)的社會(huì)化再生產(chǎn)全過程的效率,影響著城市居民的滿意度和幸福指數(shù)的高低。城市物流配送對(duì)時(shí)效性、準(zhǔn)確性要求極高,被稱為物流配送的“最后一公里”。此外,城市物流的綠色配送,要求配送過程中盡可能降低能耗、減輕城市交通壓力、減少對(duì)城市環(huán)境的污染。政府、相關(guān)物流配送企業(yè)都必須為此而努力,通過對(duì)配送系統(tǒng)的合理規(guī)劃布局,通過信息化和網(wǎng)絡(luò)化,完善整個(gè)城市物流配送體系。本文以第三方物流公司CQ公司為研究對(duì)象,從公司存在的問題研究出發(fā),在配送中心選址和建設(shè)、業(yè)務(wù)選擇和信息化平臺(tái)構(gòu)建展開論述,提出公司發(fā)展城市物流配送方案,特別是發(fā)展冷鏈物流。希望以此方案,逐步發(fā)展和壯大公司的城市物流配送業(yè)務(wù),幫助企業(yè)扭轉(zhuǎn)利潤(rùn)虧損的局面,確保CQ公司的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization and urbanization in China, the urban population is becoming more and more large and concentrated, and there are more and more topics related to urbanization. The work, residence, transportation and recreation functions of modern cities are closely related to logistics and distribution. The construction and improvement of the urban logistics distribution system ensures the input and output of various materials needed by the city and supports the industrial demand and the material needs of the urban residents. The instant level of urban logistics distribution determines the efficiency of the whole process of socialized reproduction of production, distribution, exchange and consumption, and affects the satisfaction degree and happiness index of urban residents. Urban logistics delivery requires high timeliness and accuracy, so it is called "last kilometer" of logistics distribution. In addition, the green distribution of urban logistics requires that the energy consumption should be reduced as much as possible in the distribution process, the urban traffic pressure should be reduced, and the pollution to the urban environment should be reduced. The government and related logistics and distribution enterprises must make great efforts to improve the whole city logistics distribution system through the rational planning and layout of the distribution system and the informationization and networking. Based on the research of CQ Company, a third-party logistics company, this paper discusses the location and construction of distribution center, business selection and information platform, and puts forward the plan of developing urban logistics distribution. In particular, the development of cold chain logistics. It is hoped that this scheme will gradually develop and strengthen the company's urban logistics and distribution business, help enterprises to reverse the situation of profit and loss, and ensure the sustainable development of CQ Company.
