基于ISM的安徽省煤炭物流體系的研究

【摘要】:煤炭在我國能源結(jié)構(gòu)中一直占有主體地位,并且在未來很長一段時間其主體 地位都難以動搖。因此,加快煤炭運輸物流體系的現(xiàn)代化進程,這不僅可以提高 能源利用效率,促進社會經(jīng)濟的高效發(fā)展,同時也是提高煤炭企業(yè)競爭力的關(guān)鍵。安徽是華東地區(qū)的產(chǎn)煤大省,煤炭對我省經(jīng)濟發(fā)展起著舉足輕重的作用。但 是由于經(jīng)濟起步較晚,煤炭物流意識不強,發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)落后。目前并不發(fā)達的煤炭 物流體系阻礙了煤炭消費市場的發(fā)展,嚴重影響了煤炭資源的高效配置,也不利 于煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型。因此,改變“重生產(chǎn),輕物流”的觀念非常必要,構(gòu)建和優(yōu)化 現(xiàn)代化煤炭物流體系,有利于安徽抓住成為長三角一員的機會,把握中部崛起的 戰(zhàn)略機遇,提高安徽煤炭物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的綜合實力。本文收集了安徽省近年來的煤炭產(chǎn)銷量以及國民生產(chǎn)總值等數(shù)據(jù)進行回歸性 分析,對安徽省煤炭未來10年的產(chǎn)量進行預(yù)測,得出安徽省煤炭的年產(chǎn)量在逐年 提升,這更加需要我省盡快建立現(xiàn)代化煤炭物流體系。緊接著,本文又采用多種 方法搜集影響安徽省煤炭物流體系的影響因素,運用解釋結(jié)構(gòu)模型,采用系統(tǒng)動 力學(xué)的方法對影響因素進行層級結(jié)構(gòu)分析,為進一步建立優(yōu)化煤炭物流體系提供 理論基礎(chǔ)。在解釋結(jié)構(gòu)模型分析的基礎(chǔ)上,本文又從現(xiàn)代物流管理的視角出發(fā), 綜合現(xiàn)代物流觀念,完善和進一步優(yōu)化了現(xiàn)代煤炭物流體系,為我國煤炭物流的 發(fā)展提供了一些非常有建設(shè)性的建議。
[Abstract]:Coal always occupies the main position in the energy structure of our country, and it will be the main body for a long time in the future. It is hard to shake one's position. Therefore, speeding up the modernization process of coal transport logistics system, this can not only improve Energy utilization efficiency, to promote the efficient development of social economy, but also the key to improve the competitiveness of coal enterprises. Anhui is a big coal producing province in East China, and coal plays an important role in the economic development of our province. But. Is because the economy starts late, the coal logistics consciousness is not strong, the development foundation is backward. Underdeveloped coal Logistics system hinders the development of coal consumption market, seriously affects the efficient allocation of coal resources, and is also unfavorable. In the coal industry transformation. Therefore, it is necessary to change the concept of "pay attention to production rather than logistics", and construct and optimize it. Modern coal logistics system is conducive to Anhui to seize the opportunity to become a member of the Yangtze River Delta and seize the rise of the central region. Strategic opportunity, improve the comprehensive strength of Anhui coal logistics industry. This paper collects the data of coal production and sales volume and gross national product of Anhui Province in recent years to carry on regression analysis. Based on the analysis of the output of coal in Anhui Province in the next 10 years, it is concluded that the annual output of coal in Anhui Province is increasing year by year. Upgrade, this needs our province as soon as possible to establish a modern coal logistics system. Then, in this paper, a variety of Methods the factors influencing the coal logistics system in Anhui Province were collected, and the explanatory structure model was used. The method of mechanics is used to analyze the hierarchical structure of the influencing factors, and to provide a basis for further establishing and optimizing the coal logistics system. Theoretical basis. Based on the analysis of the structural model, this paper starts from the perspective of modern logistics management. Comprehensive modern logistics concept, improve and further optimize the modern coal logistics system, for China's coal logistics Development offers some very constructive suggestions.
