【摘要】:在最近的這些年中,我國(guó)擁有了強(qiáng)大的物流產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈。但是,支撐如此龐大的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中的車(chē)隊(duì)管理工作,卻要大部分由人工來(lái)完成。其中包括車(chē)輛的調(diào)度問(wèn)題,車(chē)輛的日常保養(yǎng)問(wèn)題,以及車(chē)輛的出行信息,這些信息基本是靠人工記錄來(lái)完成的。因此導(dǎo)致了信息更新緩慢,信息的發(fā)布及接收都存在較大的障礙。因此導(dǎo)致其數(shù)據(jù)的安全性和實(shí)效性沒(méi)有足夠的保障,進(jìn)而導(dǎo)致的各部門(mén)之間的信息不夠流暢,從整體的角度出發(fā),這種管理模式對(duì)企業(yè)整體的效率存在極大的障礙。因此,需要制定一個(gè)完善的,能夠準(zhǔn)確了解行車(chē)和司機(jī)狀態(tài),能夠解決諸多人工解決不了或解決起來(lái)較為困難的問(wèn)題等,對(duì)于提高物流企業(yè)車(chē)輛的運(yùn)行效率以及節(jié)省成本是極其重要的。 文章從總體上對(duì)系統(tǒng)需求做了明確的分析及理解,從需求分析的角度,說(shuō)明了物流車(chē)隊(duì)信息系統(tǒng)的功能,分析了使用者的相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)和使用者的流程。其中本文設(shè)計(jì)的系統(tǒng)功能包括可以實(shí)現(xiàn)日志的管理。系統(tǒng)必須先登記所有的車(chē)輛和駕駛?cè)藛T信息;根據(jù)下達(dá)的車(chē)隊(duì)任務(wù),車(chē)隊(duì)管理人員對(duì)申請(qǐng)進(jìn)行審批,并給駕駛員下達(dá)明確的派遣指令,實(shí)現(xiàn)車(chē)輛回收的再次派遣。可以動(dòng)態(tài)的記錄所有車(chē)輛的狀態(tài),方便快捷的安排具體的派車(chē)事宜。通過(guò)綜合查詢(xún)對(duì)這些統(tǒng)計(jì)信息進(jìn)行對(duì)比和匯總;行車(chē)數(shù)據(jù)采集部分包括的內(nèi)容較為復(fù)雜,需要專(zhuān)用的設(shè)備進(jìn)行信息采集,通過(guò)系統(tǒng)的架構(gòu)圖可以完整的描述出這些相關(guān)信息。 實(shí)踐證明,通過(guò)這樣的方式,,可以解決物流企業(yè)管理工作中遇到的諸多問(wèn)題。系統(tǒng)中不僅實(shí)現(xiàn)了多模塊的管理,還將各模塊之間的眾多關(guān)聯(lián)建立起來(lái),實(shí)現(xiàn)配置合理,易于操作等特點(diǎn)。由此可以使企業(yè)管理人員能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)對(duì)全部車(chē)輛從總體上的管理,能夠?yàn)檎麄(gè)管理過(guò)程提供合理的調(diào)配方案,從而可以實(shí)現(xiàn)有效降低總體成本,建立客觀的優(yōu)化操作流程說(shuō)明,滿足用戶的需求。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China has a strong logistics industry chain. However, the support of such a large industrial chain in the management of the fleet, but most of the manual to complete. It includes vehicle scheduling problem, vehicle daily maintenance problem, and vehicle travel information, which is basically completed by manual recording. As a result, information updating is slow, and there are great obstacles to the publication and reception of information. As a result, the security and effectiveness of the data is not guaranteed enough, and the information between the departments is not smooth enough. From the overall point of view, this management model has a great obstacle to the overall efficiency of the enterprise. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a perfect one that can accurately understand the status of driving and drivers, and can solve many problems that cannot be solved manually or which are more difficult to solve. It is very important to improve the efficiency and save the cost of the vehicles in logistics enterprises. This paper makes a clear analysis and understanding of the system requirements in general, explains the functions of the logistics fleet information system from the point of view of the requirement analysis, and analyzes the relevant business of the users and the flow of the users. The system functions designed in this paper include the management of log. The system must first register all the vehicle and driver information; according to the assigned task, the team manager will approve the application and issue a clear dispatch order to the driver to realize the second dispatch of the vehicle recovery. Can dynamically record the status of all vehicles, convenient and quick arrangement of specific dispatch matters. Through the comprehensive query to compare and summarize these statistical information; the traffic data collection part includes the content is more complex, need special equipment to collect information, through the system architecture diagram can completely describe these related information. Practice has proved that, through this way, we can solve many problems encountered in the management of logistics enterprises. The system not only realizes the management of multiple modules, but also sets up a lot of connections among the modules, so that the configuration is reasonable and the operation is easy to operate. Thus, the enterprise managers can achieve the overall management of all vehicles, can provide a reasonable allocation scheme for the whole management process, thus can effectively reduce the overall cost, and establish an objective and optimized operation flow description. Meet the needs of users.
