【摘要】：為了運行正常的其運營管理活動,實現(xiàn)企業(yè)的競爭目標,物流企業(yè)就必需要建立相之對應的組織結(jié)構(gòu),形成合理的、合適的企業(yè)組織結(jié)構(gòu)。本文分別從幾個角度分析組織結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)置運作對物流企業(yè)發(fā)展的影響,綜合利用各種有利于物流企業(yè)發(fā)展的措施,加強物流企業(yè)在市場中的競爭力,持續(xù)增長物流企業(yè)的利潤,推動物流企業(yè)的運行與發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In order to run the normal operation and management activities and realize the competitive goal of the enterprise, the logistics enterprises need to establish the corresponding organizational structure and form a reasonable and appropriate organizational structure. This paper analyzes the influence of the organization structure operation on the development of logistics enterprises from several angles and makes use of various kinds of logistics enterprises in a comprehensive way. The measures of industrial development should strengthen the competitiveness of logistics enterprises in the market, continuously increase the profits of logistics enterprises, and promote the operation and development of logistics enterprises.
