【摘要】：近年來,隨著物流業(yè)務(wù)不斷發(fā)展及各項(xiàng)政策的密集出臺,我國物流業(yè)正逐步駛?cè)氚l(fā)展快車道。但總體發(fā)展水平與發(fā)達(dá)國家相比,還存在很大差距。究其原因,物流成本過高、物流業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展進(jìn)展緩慢,是長期制約我國物流行業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵問題。因此,如何抓住關(guān)鍵因素,促進(jìn)行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化程度的提高,解決物流成本居高不下的行業(yè)痛點(diǎn),是擺在我們面前的一道亟待解決的關(guān)鍵問題。作為服務(wù)業(yè)最大的產(chǎn)業(yè)部門和國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的先導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè),商貿(mào)業(yè)在促進(jìn)生產(chǎn)、引領(lǐng)消費(fèi)、促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型、引導(dǎo)投資、實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)良性循環(huán)及提高國民經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行效率等方面具有重要作用,也是各國服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的重要內(nèi)容之一。托盤,物流業(yè)單元化作業(yè)器具的重要代表,早在幾十年前,就已在物流業(yè)發(fā)達(dá)國家實(shí)現(xiàn)了循環(huán)共用,并在托盤作業(yè)循環(huán)共用方面取得了重大成就。而我國在此方面的研究還處在初級探索階段。因此,本論文以商貿(mào)型企業(yè)為研究對象,以現(xiàn)階段所倡導(dǎo)的兩種托盤共用模式為切入點(diǎn),開展商貿(mào)型企業(yè)及其供應(yīng)商托盤循環(huán)共用案例研究。一方面,可以開啟我國托盤循環(huán)共用發(fā)展的新里程,為商貿(mào)型企業(yè)提供一定的借鑒;另一方面,是推動(dòng)中國提高物流效率、降低物流成本最可行和最有效的突破口。本文首先回顧了托盤及托盤循環(huán)共用相關(guān)的理論研究,作為本文研究的理論依據(jù)。其次,從托盤概念、發(fā)展歷程、分類、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化現(xiàn)狀及目前我國物流行業(yè)托盤發(fā)展情況入手,系統(tǒng)闡述了托盤及其循環(huán)共用模式的概念、發(fā)展歷程、運(yùn)營情況及意義等重要內(nèi)容。第三,分別選取在托盤及其循環(huán)共用發(fā)展歷史上具有典型代表意義的國家進(jìn)行對比與研究。分別選取歐洲、澳大利亞、日本作為分析對象,剖析上述幾個(gè)國家托盤循環(huán)共用發(fā)展基本情況與模式。第四,詳細(xì)分析我國典型商貿(mào)型企業(yè)托盤循環(huán)共用項(xiàng)目運(yùn)行的基本情況、效益分析等。最后,在總結(jié)與對比各國不同的物流托盤共用模式基礎(chǔ)上,吸取各自優(yōu)點(diǎn),結(jié)合我國商貿(mào)型典型企業(yè)托盤共用發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,并考慮到當(dāng)前和未來國際供應(yīng)鏈發(fā)展趨勢,提出今后一段時(shí)間商貿(mào)型企業(yè)托盤循環(huán)共用發(fā)展的主要模式,既開放式托盤循環(huán)共用發(fā)展模式,并對今后的相關(guān)實(shí)踐工作提出一些建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous development of logistics business and the introduction of various policies, the logistics industry in China is gradually moving into the fast lane of development. However, the overall level of development compared with developed countries, there is still a large gap. The reason is that the logistics cost is too high, the logistics industry is standardized, and the development of modernization is slow, which is the key problem that restricts the development of our country's logistics industry for a long time. Therefore, how to grasp the key factors, promote the improvement of industry standardization, and solve the high cost of logistics industry pain point, is a key problem to be solved in front of us. As the largest industrial sector in the service industry and the leading industry in the national economy, the business and trade industry is promoting production, leading consumption, promoting the transformation of economic structure, and guiding investment. It plays an important role in realizing the virtuous circle of economy and improving the efficiency of national economy, and it is also one of the important contents of the development of service industry in various countries. Pallet, an important representative of the unit operating apparatus in the logistics industry, has already realized the circulation sharing in the developed countries of the logistics industry, and has made great achievements in the field of the trays operation cycle sharing as early as a few decades ago. But our country's research in this respect is still in the primary exploration stage. Therefore, this paper takes the commercial enterprises as the research object, taking the two pallet sharing modes advocated at the present stage as the breakthrough point, carries out the case study on the trays circular sharing of the commercial enterprises and their suppliers. On the one hand, it can open the new mileage of pallet cycle sharing development in our country, and provide certain reference for commercial enterprises; on the other hand, it is the most feasible and effective breakthrough to promote China to improve logistics efficiency and reduce logistics cost. Firstly, this paper reviews the theory of pallet and pallet cycle sharing, which is the theoretical basis of this paper. Secondly, starting with the concept of pallet, development course, classification, standardization status and current situation of pallet development in logistics industry of our country, this paper systematically expounds the concept, development course, operation situation and significance of pallet and its circulation common mode. Third, compare and study the typical countries in the history of pallet and cycle sharing development. Europe, Australia and Japan are selected to analyze the basic situation and pattern of pallet cycle sharing development in these countries. Fourth, the paper analyzes the basic situation and benefit analysis of trays cycle sharing project in typical commercial enterprises in China. Finally, on the basis of summing up and contrasting the different logistics pallet sharing modes in different countries, combining with the current situation of tray-sharing development of typical commercial enterprises in our country, and considering the current and future international supply chain development trend, we draw their own advantages. This paper puts forward the main development mode of trays circulation sharing in commercial enterprises for a period of time, that is, the open pallet circulation sharing development mode, and puts forward some suggestions for the related practical work in the future.
