【摘要】：二十一世紀(jì)全球經(jīng)濟(jì)化、信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的來(lái)臨,現(xiàn)代企業(yè)面臨更為嚴(yán)峻的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品系統(tǒng)及技術(shù)在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中發(fā)揮著重要的作用,憑借其科學(xué)技術(shù)的廣泛性和高含量性,其系統(tǒng)技術(shù)能夠迅速的應(yīng)用擴(kuò)散到其他領(lǐng)域,極大的帶動(dòng)了其他行業(yè)領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展和創(chuàng)新。但是,在我國(guó)的復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)研制過(guò)程中,企業(yè)的技術(shù)發(fā)展水平與發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家相比還有著較大的差距,存在復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品系統(tǒng)制造企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新投入不足、創(chuàng)新能力不夠強(qiáng),技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力不充分等問(wèn)題。復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品系統(tǒng)創(chuàng)新平臺(tái)是復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品系統(tǒng)制造企業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展的客觀需要,是企業(yè)進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目可持續(xù)研究與產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新的基礎(chǔ),是企業(yè)增加核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的關(guān)鍵因素,只有不斷深入研究適用于復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品系統(tǒng)的產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新平臺(tái),才能不斷提高復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品系統(tǒng)的功能效用,不斷增強(qiáng)企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,進(jìn)而增強(qiáng)國(guó)家硬實(shí)力,不斷促進(jìn)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會(huì)的發(fā)展進(jìn)步。論文認(rèn)為,現(xiàn)階段國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)于產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新平臺(tái)的研究并不能完全適用于復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品系統(tǒng),復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品系統(tǒng)創(chuàng)新平臺(tái)是一種特殊的集成化技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng),將復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品系統(tǒng)創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)所需要的知識(shí)、工藝、工具和方法等進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的集成和管理,為復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品系統(tǒng)的創(chuàng)新提供全面、充分的資源和環(huán)境條件的高度集合體,它主要包括技術(shù)創(chuàng)新平臺(tái)、集成創(chuàng)新平臺(tái)、項(xiàng)目管理平臺(tái)和信息管理平臺(tái)四個(gè)部分,具有系統(tǒng)性和開(kāi)放性、不確定性和高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)性,多維性和關(guān)聯(lián)性等特點(diǎn),主要有：集成創(chuàng)新模式、協(xié)同運(yùn)作模式、合作創(chuàng)新模式幾種運(yùn)行模式。通過(guò)對(duì)昆船公司自動(dòng)化物流系統(tǒng)創(chuàng)新平臺(tái)案例的分析,在驗(yàn)證了以上關(guān)于復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品系統(tǒng)創(chuàng)新平臺(tái)基本理論的同時(shí),可以發(fā)現(xiàn)還有些問(wèn)題可以值得進(jìn)一步去關(guān)注。
[Abstract]:With the advent of global economy and information networking in the 21 century, modern enterprises are facing more severe market competition. Complex product systems and technologies play an important role in the development of national economy. With the extensive and high content of its science and technology, its system technology can be rapidly applied to other fields, greatly promoting the development and innovation of other industries. However, in the process of development and development of complex product systems in China, there is still a big gap between the level of technological development of enterprises and that of developed countries, and there is insufficient innovation investment and innovation ability of manufacturing enterprises of complex product systems. The technical application ability is insufficient and so on. The complex product system innovation platform is the objective demand for the vigorous development of the complex product system manufacturing enterprise, is the foundation for the enterprise to carry on the project sustainable research and the product innovation, and is the key factor for the enterprise to increase the core competitiveness. Only by studying the product innovation platform which is suitable for complex product system can we improve the functional utility of complex product system, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, and then strengthen the national hard power. We will continue to promote the development and progress of the national economy and society. The thesis holds that the research on product innovation platform at home and abroad can not be fully applied to complex product system, and complex product system innovation platform is a special integrated techno-economic system. The systematic integration and management of the knowledge, processes, tools and methods required for innovative activities in complex product systems to provide a high level of integration of comprehensive, adequate resources and environmental conditions for innovation in complex product systems, It mainly includes four parts: technology innovation platform, integrated innovation platform, project management platform and information management platform. It has the characteristics of systematization and openness, uncertainty and high risk, multi-dimension and relevance, etc. There are mainly: integrated innovation mode, cooperative operation mode, cooperative innovation mode several operation modes. Through the analysis of the innovation platform of the automation logistics system of Kun Shipyard Company, this paper verifies the above basic theory about the innovation platform of complex product system, and at the same time, we can find that there are still some problems that deserve further attention.
