【摘要】：近年來,隨著我國在世界經(jīng)濟(jì)地位的變化,以及國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的需要,國內(nèi)企業(yè)正逐步由中小企業(yè)向大中型集團(tuán)式企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)變。在這個(gè)過程中,國內(nèi)企業(yè)逐漸認(rèn)識到資金管理信息化在企業(yè)管理中的重要性。但是由于國內(nèi)大多數(shù)集團(tuán)式企業(yè)都是在快速變化的市場情況下應(yīng)運(yùn)而生的,因此在建立初期都存在很多問題。為了解決這些問題,國內(nèi)企業(yè)在適應(yīng)國情的基礎(chǔ)上紛紛向國際知名企業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)先進(jìn)的企業(yè)管理模式,不斷尋找適應(yīng)本土企業(yè)的管理模式,從而改進(jìn)企業(yè)管理制度。K物流集團(tuán)是我國優(yōu)秀的物流公司,主要針對危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品提供運(yùn)輸服務(wù),吸納了許多經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的專業(yè)人士。本文系根據(jù)客戶實(shí)際需要,完成了K物流集團(tuán)EAS資金管理子系統(tǒng)的實(shí)施工作。K物流集團(tuán)公司主要從事危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品運(yùn)輸、倉儲和裝卸等業(yè)務(wù),兼營普通貨物運(yùn)輸、搬運(yùn),重型汽車維修等。在北京、呼和浩特、南京、大連、淄博、遼寧、蘭州、西安、新疆等地設(shè)有駐外辦事處,業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域涵蓋了國內(nèi)北部及江南各地區(qū)。集團(tuán)下設(shè)有3個(gè)運(yùn)輸公司、1個(gè)維修公司、1個(gè)清洗公司、2個(gè)礦業(yè)公司、1個(gè)經(jīng)貿(mào)公司。由于業(yè)務(wù)范圍廣、企業(yè)管理信息化需求及即將上市的計(jì)劃,目前的信息化程度較低,已經(jīng)無法滿足集團(tuán)快速發(fā)展的需求。因此,建設(shè)并實(shí)現(xiàn)集團(tuán)資金管理系統(tǒng),并通過該系統(tǒng)有效監(jiān)控集團(tuán)資金情況、更好地為集團(tuán)發(fā)展服務(wù)成為集團(tuán)發(fā)展的當(dāng)務(wù)之急。本文根據(jù)金蝶KingdeeWay實(shí)施方法論,結(jié)合K集團(tuán)公司實(shí)際情況,貫徹“集中力量、優(yōu)化流程、統(tǒng)一培訓(xùn)、突擊實(shí)施”的實(shí)施策略,以客戶的功能需求及性能需求為基礎(chǔ),對資金管理的5個(gè)模塊進(jìn)行了藍(lán)圖設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)施,快速實(shí)現(xiàn)資金管理子系統(tǒng)的實(shí)施上線。目前,系統(tǒng)完成了包括賬戶管理、票據(jù)管理、融資管理、或有事項(xiàng)管理、利息管理等在內(nèi)的一系列功能模塊。經(jīng)項(xiàng)目組的測試應(yīng)用和集團(tuán)內(nèi)部上線使用后滿足了業(yè)務(wù)需求,達(dá)到了預(yù)期的目的,較好的實(shí)現(xiàn)了集團(tuán)資金的有效管理,提高了資金使用率,為集團(tuán)能夠更好地推進(jìn)企業(yè)管理信息化提供了良好的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the change of China's economic status in the world and the need of domestic economic development, domestic enterprises are gradually changing from small and medium-sized enterprises to large and medium-sized group enterprises. In this process, domestic enterprises gradually realize the importance of fund management information in enterprise management. However, most of the domestic group enterprises emerge as the times require under the rapidly changing market conditions, so there are many problems in the initial stage of establishment. In order to solve these problems, on the basis of adapting to the national conditions, domestic enterprises have been learning advanced enterprise management models from international well-known enterprises, and constantly looking for management models adapted to local enterprises. To improve the enterprise management system. K logistics group is an excellent logistics company in China, mainly for hazardous chemicals to provide transportation services, attracted a lot of experienced professionals. According to the actual needs of customers, this paper has completed the implementation of EAS fund management subsystem of K Logistics Group. K Logistics Group Company is mainly engaged in dangerous chemical transportation, warehousing and loading and unloading, as well as general cargo transportation and handling. Heavy vehicle maintenance, etc. In Beijing, Hohhot, Nanjing, Dalian, Zibo, Liaoning, Lanzhou, Xi'an, Xinjiang and other places with offices abroad, business areas covering the northern and Jiangnan regions. The group has three transportation companies, one maintenance company, one cleaning company, two mining companies and one trade company. Due to the wide scope of business, enterprise management information needs and plans to be listed, the current level of information is relatively low, has been unable to meet the needs of rapid development of the group. Therefore, it is urgent for the group to build and realize the group fund management system, and to monitor the group capital situation effectively and serve the group development better. According to the implementation methodology of Kingdee KingdeeWay, combined with the actual situation of K Group Company, this paper implements the implementation strategy of "concentrating strength, optimizing the process, unifying training and implementing surprise", which is based on the functional and performance requirements of customers. The blueprint design and implementation of the five modules of fund management are carried out, and the implementation of the fund management subsystem is quickly realized. At present, the system has completed a series of functional modules including account management, bill management, financing management, contingent management, interest management and so on. After the testing and application of the project team and the on-line use within the group, the business needs were met, the expected purpose was achieved, the effective management of the group funds was better realized, and the utilization rate of the funds was improved. For the group to better promote enterprise management information to provide a good foundation.
