汽車生產(chǎn)物流中的回兌器具流轉(zhuǎn)系統(tǒng)研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:隨著制造業(yè)和自動化的發(fā)展,生產(chǎn)物流業(yè)已成為轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式、促進(jìn)生產(chǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、以及增強(qiáng)國民經(jīng)濟(jì)競爭力的重要手段,是一個國家綜合國力的重要體現(xiàn)。因此,如何改善生產(chǎn)物流的管理方式尤為重要。盡管如此,對于生產(chǎn)物流的管理依然難以改善當(dāng)前企業(yè)的效益情況,致使多數(shù)企業(yè)開始在生產(chǎn)物流的各個環(huán)節(jié)尋找其他方法以提高效益,特別是汽車制造企業(yè)。物流回兌器具通過其獨(dú)特的回收機(jī)制,在整個物流過程中扮演著重要的角色。然而,隨著汽車制造企業(yè)自動化程度及管理水平的提高,其物流回兌器具的管理效率卻并沒有得到相應(yīng)的提升,對企業(yè)造成了一定的影響。因此,如何有效地管理物流回兌器具成為生產(chǎn)物流信息化建設(shè)的重要研究內(nèi)容。本文在對BQFT汽車廠物流回兌器具流轉(zhuǎn)需求分析的基礎(chǔ)上,針對其存在的器具管理體系不健全、器具流轉(zhuǎn)信息不透明、不準(zhǔn)確、器具損壞責(zé)任不清楚等問題,提出相應(yīng)解決方案,完成了汽車生產(chǎn)物流中的回兌器具流轉(zhuǎn)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。主要內(nèi)容包括以下幾方面:首先,介紹了BQFT汽車廠回兌器具流轉(zhuǎn)管理現(xiàn)狀,并對回兌器具流轉(zhuǎn)業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行了需求分析。同時,根據(jù)該廠的信息化建設(shè)管理現(xiàn)狀,分析了數(shù)據(jù)集成應(yīng)用需求,最后對系統(tǒng)流轉(zhuǎn)過程進(jìn)行了用例分析。其次,在需求分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了汽車生產(chǎn)物流中的回兌器具流轉(zhuǎn)系統(tǒng)總體解決方案,并對系統(tǒng)各部分的功能以及數(shù)據(jù)庫等方面進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)研究設(shè)計(jì)。之后,根據(jù)該廠信息化管理現(xiàn)狀和該廠信息系統(tǒng)部署情況,以及對現(xiàn)在一些數(shù)據(jù)交換技術(shù)的對比分析,提出了數(shù)據(jù)集成解決方案,采用中間表和Web Services相結(jié)合的方式進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)交換,并對這兩種方式做了詳細(xì)的設(shè)計(jì),避免“信息孤島”,使回兌器具整個流轉(zhuǎn)過程真正的透明化、一體化。最后,本文實(shí)現(xiàn)了回兌器具流轉(zhuǎn)系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)采用三層B/S架構(gòu)開發(fā),實(shí)現(xiàn)了器具投入管理、流轉(zhuǎn)管理、報(bào)損報(bào)廢丟失管理等模塊的開發(fā)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:With the development of manufacturing and automation, production logistics has become an important means to change the mode of economic development, to promote the adjustment of production structure, and to enhance the competitiveness of the national economy, which is an important embodiment of a country's comprehensive national strength. Therefore, how to improve the management of production logistics is particularly important. However, the management of production logistics is still difficult to improve the efficiency of current enterprises, so most enterprises begin to look for other ways to improve efficiency in each link of production logistics, especially for automobile manufacturing enterprises. Logistics return equipment plays an important role in the whole logistics process through its unique recovery mechanism. However, with the improvement of automation and management level of automobile manufacturing enterprises, the management efficiency of logistics return equipment has not been improved accordingly, which has a certain impact on the enterprises. Therefore, how to effectively manage logistics return equipment has become an important research content of production logistics information construction. On the basis of the analysis of the demand for the circulation of the equipment returned to the logistics of the BQFT automobile factory, this paper puts forward the corresponding solutions to the problems such as the imperfect management system of the apparatus, the opaque information on the circulation of the apparatus, the inaccuracy of the information on the circulation of the apparatus, the unclear responsibility for the damage of the apparatus, and so on. Complete the design and realization of the circulation system of the return equipment in the automobile production logistics. The main contents include the following aspects: firstly, this paper introduces the current situation of the circulation management of the BQFT auto factory's return equipment, and analyzes the demand of the circulation business. At the same time, according to the present situation of information construction and management of the plant, the application requirement of data integration is analyzed. Finally, the use case analysis of the system flow process is carried out. Secondly, on the basis of requirement analysis, the paper puts forward the overall solution of the recycling equipment flow system in the automobile production logistics, and studies and designs the functions of each part of the system and the database in detail. After that, according to the present situation of information management and information system deployment of the plant, as well as the comparison and analysis of some data exchange technologies, a data integration solution is put forward. In order to avoid the "information island", the data exchange is carried out by the combination of intermediate table and Web Services, and the two methods are designed in detail, so that the whole flow process of the recuperator can be truly transparent and integrated. Finally, this paper realizes the circulation system of the instrument. The system uses a three-tier B / S architecture to develop and implement the modules of instrument input management, circulation management, loss management and so on.
