鋼鐵冶金生產(chǎn)物流中無軌運輸車輛應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:近年來,物流問題越來越受到國內(nèi)外各大鋼鐵生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的重視。鋼鐵冶金生產(chǎn)的廠內(nèi)物流不同于其他行業(yè),其主要特征有:廠內(nèi)物流量巨大、廠內(nèi)物流模式參差不齊、運輸作業(yè)點多面廣、運輸質(zhì)量和安全要求高等特點,總而言之,中國鋼鐵企業(yè)廠內(nèi)物流未來的發(fā)展目標是:在注重綠色環(huán)保,保證低碳經(jīng)濟的大前提下,力求用最少的運力,走最短的路程,經(jīng)最少的環(huán)節(jié),花最低的費用,耗最少的時間完成廠內(nèi)物流運輸作業(yè),無軌運輸在越來越多的范圍替代了鐵路運輸,無軌化運輸以其投資小、占地少、機動靈活、運行暢通、效率高等優(yōu)點已經(jīng)成為發(fā)展趨勢。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the logistics problem is paid more and more attention by the domestic and foreign major iron and steel production enterprises. The in-plant logistics of iron and steel metallurgical production is different from other industries. Its main characteristics are: huge material flow in the plant, uneven logistics mode in the plant, a wide range of transportation operations, high transport quality and safety requirements, etc. The future development goals of logistics in Chinese iron and steel enterprises are: under the premise of paying attention to green environmental protection and ensuring a low-carbon economy, we should strive to use the least transportation capacity, take the shortest distance, and spend the lowest cost through the least links. Railway transportation is replaced by trackless transportation in more and more scope with the least time to complete the logistics transportation in the factory. The trackless transportation has become the development trend because of its advantages of small investment, less occupation, flexibility, smooth operation, high efficiency and so on.
