昆曼公路物流效率測度研究

【摘要】:在“一帶一路”政策的倡導下,昆曼公路作為友誼通道、共贏通道,已經(jīng)把中國與東盟國家密切聯(lián)系在一起,共同發(fā)展。當前,中國、老撾與泰國的大部分物流企業(yè)已經(jīng)意識到昆曼公路帶來的巨大商機,云南普洱、景洪、磨憨、老撾會曬、泰國清盛、清萊、清邁等地均已有企業(yè)在公路站點附近建設物流貨場。昆曼公路沿線的國家或地區(qū)間貿(mào)易的大發(fā)展,物流需求規(guī)模的擴大對社會物流服務水平的改善、效率的提高也提出了更新、更高的要求,因此昆曼公路物流效率測度研究將會有助于昆曼公路物流的大發(fā)展。本文閱讀相關文獻并結合問卷調(diào)研,總結出昆曼公路物流發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。在借鑒國內(nèi)外對昆曼公路評價研究理論和實踐成果的基礎上,通過設計發(fā)放調(diào)查問卷并對問卷結果進行信度分析、因子分析、效度分析,構建關鍵因素評價指標體系。在此基礎上,運用層次分析法與模糊綜合評價相結合的數(shù)學方法進行量化分析,并結合評價結果對優(yōu)化昆曼公路物流效率問題提出建議。研究結論如下:(1)昆曼公路的物流供給不能滿足沿線國家或地區(qū)的物流需求,而最終有礙于昆曼公路物流行業(yè)高效率地發(fā)展并壯大,所以提升昆曼公路物流效率將是解決昆曼公路物流供需匹配問題的根本所在;(2)昆曼公路物流效率的綜合評價模型由基礎設施、物流信息化及政策、物流成本費用、業(yè)務流程水平四個方面組成,并相應選用公路基礎設施、物流配套設施、服務網(wǎng)絡覆蓋率、信息化水平、優(yōu)惠政策等一共18個評價指標,構成整個評價體系;(3)昆曼公路物流效率的總體評分為2.2433分,屬于一般的等級,偏向于物流效率一般,說明昆曼公路物流效率水平有待提升;(4)所得評價結果按照分值從低到高的排序分別物流成本費用、業(yè)務流程水平、信息化水平及政策、基礎設施,而最低分值的物流成本費用表明對昆曼公路物流效率的影響最大。
[Abstract]:Under the initiative of "Belt and Road" policy, the Kunman Highway, as a channel of friendship and win-win, has closely linked China with ASEAN countries and developed together. At present, most logistics enterprises in China, Laos and Thailand have realized the tremendous business opportunities brought about by the Kunman Highway. Yunnan Pu'er, Jinghong, Mohan, Laos will sun, Thailand's Qingsheng, Qinglai, Chiang Mai and other places have enterprises in the highway near the construction of logistics yard. The great development of trade between countries or regions along the Kunman Highway, the expansion of logistics demand scale, the improvement of social logistics service level and the improvement of efficiency also put forward new and higher requirements. Therefore, the study of Kunman highway logistics efficiency measurement will contribute to the development of Kunman highway logistics. This article reads the related literature and combines the questionnaire investigation, summarizes the Kunman highway logistics development present situation. Based on the theoretical and practical research results of Kunman highway evaluation at home and abroad, the reliability analysis, factor analysis and validity analysis of the questionnaire results are carried out by designing and issuing questionnaires, and the evaluation index system of key factors is constructed. On this basis, the quantitative analysis is carried out by using the mathematical method of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and some suggestions on optimizing the efficiency of Kunman highway logistics are put forward in combination with the evaluation results. The conclusion of the study is as follows: 1) the logistics supply of the Kunman Highway cannot meet the logistics demand of the countries or regions along the route, but it will eventually hinder the development and expansion of the Kunman highway logistics industry in an efficient way. Therefore, improving the efficiency of Kunman highway logistics will be the fundamental solution to the problem of matching supply and demand of Kunman highway logistics.) the comprehensive evaluation model of Kunman highway logistics efficiency consists of infrastructure, logistics information and policy, logistics cost, etc. The business process level is composed of four aspects, and a total of 18 evaluation indicators, such as highway infrastructure, logistics supporting facilities, service network coverage, information level, preferential policies, etc., are selected accordingly. The overall score of Kunman highway logistics efficiency is 2.2433, which belongs to the general grade and tends to the general logistics efficiency. It shows that the evaluation results of Kunman highway logistics efficiency need to be improved in order of logistics cost, business process level, information level and policy, infrastructure, according to the score from low to high. The logistics cost of the lowest score indicates that Kunman road logistics efficiency is most affected.
