【摘要】:近年來乳制品行業(yè)迅猛發(fā)展;為了最大限度的滿足市場需求,伊利集團(tuán)采取了一系列的措施緊跟市場步伐,提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、投入冷鏈運(yùn)輸成本、提高運(yùn)輸時(shí)效、降低價(jià)格、滿足個(gè)性化需求。本論文主要論述了伊利信息化建設(shè)道路中的一部分,即冷鏈運(yùn)輸智能管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。在行業(yè)內(nèi),伊利率先采用了運(yùn)輸過程透明管理理念,結(jié)合先進(jìn)的信息化手段對乳制品在冷藏運(yùn)輸過程中各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格監(jiān)控,不僅保證全程溫度符合國家相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),而且通過管理大大提升了物流運(yùn)輸時(shí)效,保證了產(chǎn)品及時(shí)送達(dá)率,降低物流成本,提升了客戶滿意度。 論文主要講述了伊利根據(jù)自身業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展特點(diǎn)搭建的智能運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)平臺全過程,采用GPS定位技術(shù)與日常業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)作相結(jié)合的方式實(shí)現(xiàn)從原奶采集、原奶運(yùn)輸、成品奶制品發(fā)運(yùn)的全程透明監(jiān)控。論文的主要工作包括:首先,論文討論了伊利集團(tuán)目前的整體業(yè)務(wù)流程并分析了物流運(yùn)作中對信息化系統(tǒng)的各類需求;其次,,針對不同的需求進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)整體架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),搭建網(wǎng)絡(luò)并形成功能結(jié)構(gòu)圖,實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)基本框架;第三,結(jié)合現(xiàn)代化信息技術(shù)及GPS硬件終端實(shí)現(xiàn)可視化監(jiān)控,在冷鏈運(yùn)輸車輛上安裝溫度探頭和衛(wèi)星車載終端以及顯示屏、門磁等設(shè)備,各類設(shè)備分別采集不同類型的數(shù)據(jù)并回傳至車載終端,由終端進(jìn)行響應(yīng),此類數(shù)據(jù)通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和GPRS無線通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳至后臺服務(wù)器讀取分析,最后通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)展示在系統(tǒng)電子地圖上;例如溫度探頭實(shí)時(shí)采集不同溫區(qū)的溫度數(shù)據(jù),門磁實(shí)時(shí)采集車輛開關(guān)門狀態(tài)信息,顯示屏最終將分析的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行直觀展示等;與此同時(shí)系統(tǒng)后臺可根據(jù)相關(guān)監(jiān)控權(quán)限登陸系統(tǒng),通過查詢獲取車輛在整個(gè)運(yùn)輸過程中的溫度變化、門磁開關(guān)狀況、冷機(jī)開關(guān)狀況以及進(jìn)出區(qū)域狀況等,并且該監(jiān)控平臺還通過設(shè)置相關(guān)的報(bào)警信息來提醒司機(jī),如疲勞駕駛報(bào)警、超速報(bào)警、超高溫報(bào)警、非法開門報(bào)警、剪線報(bào)警、劫警等;第四,系統(tǒng)功能模塊實(shí)現(xiàn)以后通過日常業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)作來進(jìn)行實(shí)際性能測試,以檢測其系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性及實(shí)用性,并對測試結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,針對系統(tǒng)的負(fù)載能力、響應(yīng)能力、可靠性等不斷進(jìn)行優(yōu)化改善。 論文設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)的冷鏈運(yùn)輸管理系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)在內(nèi)蒙古伊利實(shí)業(yè)集團(tuán)使用,效果良好,指標(biāo)達(dá)到用戶要求。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the dairy industry has developed rapidly. In order to meet the market demand to the maximum extent, Yili Group has taken a series of measures to keep pace with the market, to improve the quality of products, to put in the cost of transportation in the cold chain, to increase the timeliness of transportation, and to reduce the price. To meet the individual needs. This paper mainly discusses the design and implementation of the cold chain transportation intelligent management system. In the industry, Yili took the lead in adopting the concept of transparent management of transportation process, combining with advanced information means to strictly monitor every link in the process of refrigerated transport of dairy products, not only to ensure that the whole process temperature conforms to the relevant national standards. And through the management greatly improves the logistics transportation prescription, guarantees the product timely delivery rate, reduces the logistics cost, enhances the customer satisfaction. This paper mainly describes the whole process of the intelligent transportation system platform built by Yili according to its own business development characteristics. It adopts GPS positioning technology and daily business operation to realize the collection and transportation of raw milk. The whole process of transparent monitoring of the delivery of finished dairy products. The main work of the thesis includes: first, the paper discusses the current business process of Yili Group and analyzes the various requirements of the information system in the logistics operation; secondly, the overall architecture of the system is designed according to different needs. Build the network and form the function structure diagram to realize the basic frame of the system. Thirdly, combine the modern information technology and GPS hardware terminal to realize the visual monitoring, install the temperature probe, the satellite vehicle terminal and the display screen on the cold chain transportation vehicle. All kinds of devices collect different types of data and send them back to the vehicle terminal to respond by the terminal. This kind of data is transmitted to the background server through the Internet and GPRS wireless communication network to read and analyze. Finally, it is displayed on the electronic map of the system through the Internet; for example, the temperature probe collects the temperature data of different temperature regions in real time, the door magnetic field collects the information of the vehicle opening and closing state in real time, and the display screen finally displays the analyzed data directly. At the same time, the background of the system can land in the system according to the relevant monitoring authority, and obtain the temperature change of the vehicle during the whole transportation process, the state of the door magnetic switch, the condition of the cold machine switch and the condition of the entering and leaving area by querying, etc. And the monitoring platform also alerts drivers by setting up relevant alarm information, such as fatigue driving alarm, speeding alarm, ultra-high temperature alarm, illegal door opening alarm, wire cutting alarm, robbery alarm and so on; fourth, After the realization of the system function module, the actual performance test is carried out through daily operation to test the stability and practicability of the system, and the test results are analyzed, aiming at the load capacity and response ability of the system. Reliability and so on continue to optimize and improve. The cold chain transportation management system designed and implemented in this paper has been used in Inner Mongolia Yili Industrial Group.
