YT公司制造執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)(MES)的設計與實施策略研究

【摘要】:客車行業(yè)的生產工藝、生產流程、訂單管理、物流追蹤以及庫存管理等過程非常復雜。國內外汽車行業(yè)從底層的工廠自動化到上層的ERP系統(tǒng),,開展了大量信息化方面的研究以及實踐,形成了多種類型的管理系統(tǒng)。但是,各個系統(tǒng)之間往往缺乏統(tǒng)一的平臺而相對獨立,形成了一個個“信息孤島”。而制造執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)(Manufacturing execution system,MES)是處于企業(yè)上層計劃層和下層車間層之間的企業(yè)執(zhí)行層,主要負責企業(yè)生產管理和調度執(zhí)行,通過對生產運營進行實時監(jiān)視、診斷和控制,承上啟下,能更好地滿足企業(yè)發(fā)展的需要。 本文結合筆者在YT公司實施的制造執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)建設項目的實際工作,對MES系統(tǒng)在客車制造企業(yè)中的建設和實施策略作了探討。根據(jù)MES的功能模型理論,結合YT公司具體的生產特點和制造企業(yè)MES系統(tǒng)設計原則,對YT公司制造執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)進行全面設計,明確了MES系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務需求、應用目標和實施范圍,對YT公司MES系統(tǒng)的生產計劃管理、物料管理、質量管理等4大核心功能模塊進行了詳細設計,最后根據(jù)信息系統(tǒng)實施經驗,總結形成YT公司MES實施策略。經驗表明,MES系統(tǒng)的建設和應用對于實現(xiàn)制造過程有序、高效,降低客車制造企業(yè)成本,提高企業(yè)生產運營管理水平具體有重要作用。
[Abstract]:The manufacturing process, production process, order management, logistics tracking and inventory management are very complicated. Domestic and foreign automobile industry from the bottom of the factory automation to the upper ERP system, a large number of information research and practice, formed a variety of management systems. However, each system often lacks a unified platform and is relatively independent, forming a "isolated island of information". Manufacturing execution system is the executive layer between the upper planning layer and the lower workshop layer of the enterprise. It is mainly responsible for the production management and scheduling execution of the enterprise. Through the real-time monitoring, diagnosis and control of the production operation, it is connected with the above and the following. Can better meet the needs of enterprise development. This paper discusses the construction and implementation strategy of MES system in passenger car manufacturing enterprises in combination with the actual work of the construction project of manufacturing execution system implemented by the author in YT Company. According to the function model theory of MES, combined with the specific production characteristics of YT Company and the design principle of MES system in manufacturing enterprise, the manufacture execution system of YT Company was designed in an all-round way, and the business requirement, application target and implementation scope of MES system were defined. The production planning management, material management and quality management of YT MES system are designed in detail. Finally, according to the implementation experience of information system, the implementation strategy of YT company MES is summarized. The experience shows that the construction and application of mes system plays an important role in realizing the orderly and efficient manufacturing process, reducing the cost of the bus manufacturing enterprises and improving the production and operation management level of the enterprises.
