中石油西北銷售公司物流配送體系研究

【摘要】:在世界一體化趨勢(shì)日趨明顯的時(shí)代背景下,物流業(yè)迅速以其可觀的利潤(rùn)迅速崛起。尤其是在信息時(shí)代下,供應(yīng)鏈管理理念被植入了物流業(yè)的日常運(yùn)營(yíng)過程中。筆者就增強(qiáng)物流配送水平,打造供應(yīng)鏈管理的新模式展開了相關(guān)的論述。本文的主要研究工作如下。論文首先對(duì)成品油物流配送相關(guān)的國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)做了研究,了解了物流以及配送相關(guān)的知識(shí),再對(duì)中石油西北銷售公司的物流配送現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了深入的分析。尤其是對(duì)公司的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境和公司面臨的威脅進(jìn)行了一定了解,通過SWOT分析,分析了公司目前的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),給出了相關(guān)的建議,再對(duì)公司的物流配送體系進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)物流運(yùn)輸,物流配送,配送流程,路徑選擇以及油庫(kù)選址進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,并給出了實(shí)施保障措施。最后提出了展望。就目前的成品油配送管理水平而言,打造高質(zhì)量的成品油物流機(jī)制是無法實(shí)現(xiàn)的。然而,在省級(jí)以下的銷售單位里,物流諸環(huán)節(jié)的優(yōu)化工作能夠在具體的實(shí)踐過程中得到不斷的跟進(jìn)。通過構(gòu)筑完善的管理機(jī)制,注重相關(guān)專業(yè)人才的培養(yǎng),才能夠成為成品油物流配送質(zhì)量的抓手,塑造出不同環(huán)節(jié)的優(yōu)化點(diǎn),增強(qiáng)其市場(chǎng)生存能力。本課題的主要研究成果,為中石油西北銷售公司物流配送體系的優(yōu)化提供了理論依據(jù)。同時(shí),還指出了之后工作的重點(diǎn)所在。筆者所提出的建議在一定程度上為單位物流管理質(zhì)量的優(yōu)化帶來了助益。而物流效益的增強(qiáng),才能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)為其帶來過硬的生命力。這也就開創(chuàng)了石油銷售的新模式。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the world integration trend becoming more and more obvious, the logistics industry rises rapidly with its considerable profit. Especially in the information age, the concept of supply chain management is embedded in the daily operation of the logistics industry. The author discusses how to strengthen the level of logistics distribution and create a new mode of supply chain management. The main work of this paper is as follows. Firstly, the paper makes a research on the domestic and foreign literature about product oil logistics distribution, and then analyzes the logistics distribution status of CNPC Northwest sales Company. In particular, we have a certain understanding of the market competition environment and the threats faced by the company. Through the SWOT analysis, we analyze the current strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of the company, and give some relevant suggestions. Then the logistics distribution system of the company is designed, and the logistics transportation, logistics distribution, distribution process, path selection and location of oil depot are optimized. Finally, the prospect is put forward. At present, it is impossible to build a high-quality oil product logistics system. However, in the sales units below the provincial level, the optimization of logistics links can be continuously followed up in the specific practice process. By constructing a perfect management mechanism and paying attention to the cultivation of relevant professionals, we can become the grasp of the quality of product oil logistics and distribution, shape the optimization points of different links, and enhance its market viability. The main research results provide the theoretical basis for the optimization of the distribution system of CNPC Northwest sales Company. At the same time, it also points out the focus of the later work. The suggestions made by the author are helpful to optimize the quality of unit logistics management to a certain extent. But the logistics benefit enhancement, can realize for it brings the perfect vitality. This also opened up a new model of oil sales.
