【摘要】:報(bào)紙作為具有百年歷史的傳統(tǒng)媒體,在其發(fā)展過(guò)程中不斷發(fā)展壯大,承載著信息傳遞的歷史使命,報(bào)紙是傳統(tǒng)媒體中較早的傳播手段,數(shù)百年以來(lái),報(bào)紙對(duì)人類(lèi)社會(huì)的文明發(fā)展做出了非常巨大的貢獻(xiàn),也是人們獲取資訊最重要的方式之一,在沒(méi)有互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和手機(jī)的世界,人們每天從早晨開(kāi)始,都會(huì)翻閱報(bào)紙以了解近期外部的資訊;那個(gè)時(shí)候,報(bào)紙可以說(shuō)是傳播資訊最重要的載體,但隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展,報(bào)紙的時(shí)效性越來(lái)越受到質(zhì)疑,特別是近年移動(dòng)終端的發(fā)展讓報(bào)紙面臨著滅頂之災(zāi)。飛速發(fā)展的新媒體正在改變著傳統(tǒng)媒體的閱讀方式以及傳播方式,傳統(tǒng)媒體從內(nèi)容到運(yùn)營(yíng)都發(fā)生著翻天覆地的變化,也讓越來(lái)越多的媒體人從無(wú)所適從到無(wú)法抵抗。在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和移動(dòng)終端的快速?zèng)_擊下,報(bào)業(yè)成為最先被顛覆的行業(yè),國(guó)內(nèi)外的報(bào)業(yè)紛紛踏上轉(zhuǎn)型的道路,有從生產(chǎn)內(nèi)容入手的,也有從形式篇幅入手的,也有從印刷物流入手的,也有從廣告運(yùn)營(yíng)入手的,但無(wú)論是哪一種轉(zhuǎn)型方式,亦或是打包組合轉(zhuǎn)型,轉(zhuǎn)型的道路卻并不一帆風(fēng)順,轉(zhuǎn)型的方向依然非常的迷茫,尤其在轉(zhuǎn)型的同時(shí),還要兼顧自身的經(jīng)營(yíng)問(wèn)題;航行中的巨輪既要選對(duì)航向,又要顧及供給問(wèn)題,艱難的行程,艱難的選擇。本文探討了在轉(zhuǎn)型的背景下,區(qū)域報(bào)業(yè)如何在夾擊中,探索新的運(yùn)營(yíng)模式,深入分析和梳理了作為區(qū)域報(bào)業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型和改革的應(yīng)對(duì)策略。近兩年,中國(guó)的報(bào)業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)進(jìn)入了非常艱難的境地。因宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)增速回落加上整個(gè)傳統(tǒng)媒體生態(tài)環(huán)境的質(zhì)變,報(bào)紙運(yùn)營(yíng)更是雪上加霜、急轉(zhuǎn)直下,唱衰聲不絕于耳,中國(guó)的報(bào)業(yè)正在面臨被邊緣化。中國(guó)報(bào)業(yè):轉(zhuǎn)型和改革成為了主旋律,不改革只有死路一條;同時(shí),如何突破體制和制度的禁錮,整合已有的報(bào)業(yè)資源,精簡(jiǎn)生產(chǎn)發(fā)行鏈條上的環(huán)節(jié),開(kāi)展運(yùn)營(yíng)上的戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型,已經(jīng)刻不容緩……
[Abstract]:As a traditional media with a history of one hundred years, newspaper has been developing continuously in the process of its development, bearing the historical mission of information transmission. Newspaper is an early means of communication in traditional media. For hundreds of years, Newspapers have made great contributions to the civilization and development of human society, and are also one of the most important ways for people to obtain information. In a world without the Internet and mobile phones, people begin every morning. At that time, newspapers could be said to be the most important carriers of information dissemination, but with the development of the Internet, the timeliness of newspapers was being questioned more and more. Especially in recent years, the development of mobile terminals makes newspapers face the disaster of extinction. The rapid development of new media is changing the way of reading and communication of traditional media. Traditional media is changing from content to operation, and more media people are unable to resist. With the rapid impact of the Internet and mobile terminals, the newspaper industry has become the first industry to be subverted. Newspapers at home and abroad have embarked on the road of transformation, starting from the production content, beginning with the form, and also starting from the printing logistics. There are also from the advertising operation, but no matter what kind of transformation, or packaging and combination transformation, the road of transformation is not smooth, the direction of transformation is still very confused, especially in the transformation at the same time, The ships must choose the right course, but also take into account the supply problem, the difficult journey, the difficult choice. This paper discusses how to explore the new operation mode of regional newspaper industry under the background of transformation, and analyzes and combs the corresponding strategies for the transformation and reform of regional newspaper industry. In the past two years, China's newspaper business has entered a very difficult situation. Due to the decline in macroeconomic growth and the qualitative change in the ecological environment of the traditional media, the operation of newspapers has become even worse. China's newspaper industry: transformation and reform have become the main melody, without reform there is only one dead end; at the same time, how to break through the system and system of imprisonment, integrate existing newspaper resources, streamline the production and distribution chain, and carry out the strategic transformation in operation. There is no time to delay.
