【摘要】：當(dāng)今世界的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展已經(jīng)取得巨大的成就,人類不再是純粹追求經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長,而是開始關(guān)注與自己生活息息相關(guān)的自然環(huán)境,更加注重追求生活質(zhì)量的提高。物流作為連接生產(chǎn)者和消費(fèi)者的中間環(huán)節(jié),越來越受到社會(huì)的廣泛關(guān)注,眾多國家都在致力于發(fā)展現(xiàn)代化的物流產(chǎn)業(yè),不僅為了節(jié)省社會(huì)物流總費(fèi)用,更是為了改善人類的生活質(zhì)量,不斷推進(jìn)信息科技在物流產(chǎn)業(yè)中的應(yīng)用,逐漸改變著高能耗、高污染的粗放式經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式。2009年智慧物流應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,并迅速成為西方國家轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式、保護(hù)資源、生態(tài)及環(huán)境的新型手段。作為一種新型物流產(chǎn)業(yè),智慧物流產(chǎn)業(yè)對于促進(jìn)綠色經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展、優(yōu)化政府的宏觀調(diào)控、打造中國經(jīng)濟(jì)升級版具有重大意義。本文在對智慧物流涵義、應(yīng)用、價(jià)值、對策等內(nèi)容進(jìn)行綜述基礎(chǔ)上,明確了智慧物流涵義,簡要智慧物流相關(guān)理論,奠定了全文的理論基礎(chǔ)。運(yùn)用比較分析法和層次分析法構(gòu)建了層次評價(jià)模型,主要分為經(jīng)濟(jì)水平指標(biāo)和信息化建設(shè)水平指標(biāo)兩大層次指標(biāo)系統(tǒng)。第一層次主要使用物流基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和物流服務(wù)水平兩大指標(biāo)對全國各省市進(jìn)行了比較分析。經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)值從智慧物流涉及到的不同方面對智慧物流發(fā)展水平進(jìn)行了評價(jià),據(jù)此對我國各省市智慧物流發(fā)展現(xiàn)實(shí)水平進(jìn)行了初步評估,判定其處于中級發(fā)展水平,與發(fā)達(dá)國家有較大差距,在成本、技術(shù)裝備及空間結(jié)構(gòu)等方面都存在問題及缺陷。最后對智慧物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值進(jìn)行了分析,包括精準(zhǔn)預(yù)測物流市場的需求與供給,有效制定物流運(yùn)輸決策和物流網(wǎng)點(diǎn)選址,實(shí)現(xiàn)物流配送的優(yōu)化,推進(jìn)安全物流與誠信物流發(fā)展,提升物流服務(wù)與效率,推動(dòng)綠色物流發(fā)展,推進(jìn)物流全球化等多方面的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the economic development of the world has made great achievements. Instead of merely pursuing economic growth, human beings have begun to pay attention to the natural environment closely related to their lives and to the improvement of the quality of life. Logistics, as the intermediate link between producers and consumers, has been paid more and more attention by the society. Many countries are committed to developing modern logistics industry, not only to save the total cost of social logistics. In order to improve the quality of human life and promote the application of information technology in the logistics industry, it is gradually changing the extensive economic development model of high energy consumption and high pollution. It has become a new way for western countries to change their economic development mode and protect resources, ecology and environment. As a new type of logistics industry, intelligent logistics industry is of great significance to promote the transformation and development of green economy, optimize the macro-control of the government, and create an upgraded version of China's economy. On the basis of summarizing the meaning, application, value and countermeasure of intelligent logistics, this paper clarifies the meaning of intelligent logistics, briefly introduces the relevant theories of intelligent logistics, and establishes the theoretical basis of the full text. The AHP model is constructed by using the comparative analysis method and the analytic hierarchy process method, which is divided into two levels: the economic level index and the information construction level index system. The first level mainly uses the logistics infrastructure and the logistics service level two big indexes to carry on the comparative analysis to the whole country each province and city. The economic output value evaluates the development level of intelligent logistics from different aspects involved in intelligent logistics. Based on the evaluation of the actual level of the development of intelligent logistics in various provinces and cities of China, it is judged that it is at the intermediate level of development. There is a big gap with developed countries, in cost, technical equipment and space structure and other problems and defects. Finally, the economic value of intelligent logistics industry is analyzed, including accurately forecasting the demand and supply of logistics market, making effective logistics transportation decision and logistics network location, and realizing the optimization of logistics distribution. Promote the development of safety logistics and integrity logistics, improve logistics services and efficiency, promote the development of green logistics, promote logistics globalization and other development strategies.
