【摘要】:隨著RFID技術(shù)地不斷發(fā)展,它被廣泛應(yīng)用于零售業(yè)、制造業(yè)和物流企業(yè),實現(xiàn)對倉庫產(chǎn)品的管理,產(chǎn)品運送過程的監(jiān)測和跟蹤以及貨架商品的及時補(bǔ)給。得益于它非接觸、讀取距離長、讀取速度快的優(yōu)點,國內(nèi)外越來越多的企業(yè)在物資管理系統(tǒng)中引入RFID技術(shù),新的問題也隨之而來。 雖然應(yīng)用RFID技術(shù)使得企業(yè)物資管理趨于自動化和信息化,工作效率大幅提升,生產(chǎn)成本顯著降低,但由于各個企業(yè)在供應(yīng)鏈的搭建中,采用了獨立的物資管理系統(tǒng),不同的物資管理系統(tǒng)之間存在著一定的差異,在信息共享和流通過程中存在很大的障礙,增加了協(xié)同工作的難度。因此,需要應(yīng)用EPCglobal標(biāo)準(zhǔn),構(gòu)建接入異構(gòu)物資管理系統(tǒng)的中間件,保證供應(yīng)鏈中各個環(huán)節(jié)信息的自動、實時識別,提高貿(mào)易單元的透明度和可視性,從而提高供應(yīng)鏈的運作效率。 本文主要針對GS1組織提出的EPCglobal標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及開源中間件進(jìn)行分析和研究,首先分析了EPCIS模塊、ALE模塊、BEG模塊的接口與實現(xiàn)過程;其次,對物資管理接入系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行需求分析,設(shè)計并細(xì)化系統(tǒng)的功能模塊,明確交互數(shù)據(jù)的結(jié)構(gòu),特別是現(xiàn)有物資管理系統(tǒng)與EPCIS模塊之間的交互,以及對各個模塊的配置。在完成系統(tǒng)詳細(xì)設(shè)計之后,開發(fā)和實現(xiàn)了該物資管理接入系統(tǒng)。通過接入系統(tǒng),企業(yè)無需改變現(xiàn)有的物資管理系統(tǒng),就能夠享受EPC網(wǎng)絡(luò)的優(yōu)勢,實現(xiàn)與其他貿(mào)易單元更好地協(xié)作。最后,為了保證物資管理接入系統(tǒng)的可用性和穩(wěn)定性,我們對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了功能測試和性能測試。測試表明本文實現(xiàn)的物資管理接入系統(tǒng)可以實現(xiàn)傳統(tǒng)物物資管理系統(tǒng)與統(tǒng)一平臺的無縫對接,并提供多供應(yīng)鏈、大數(shù)據(jù)量的信息服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of RFID technology, it is widely used in retail, manufacturing and logistics enterprises. It realizes the management of warehouse products, the monitoring and tracking of product delivery process and the timely supply of shelf goods. Thanks to its advantages of non-contact, long reading distance and fast reading speed, more and more enterprises at home and abroad have introduced RFID technology into material management system, and new problems have followed. Although the application of RFID technology makes the enterprise material management tend to automation and information, work efficiency is greatly improved, production costs are significantly reduced, but each enterprise in the construction of the supply chain, the use of independent material management system, There are some differences among different material management systems, and there are great obstacles in the process of information sharing and circulation, which increase the difficulty of collaborative work. Therefore, it is necessary to apply EPCglobal standard to construct middleware to access the heterogeneous material management system, to ensure the automatic and real-time identification of all links in the supply chain, to improve the transparency and visibility of trade units, and thus to improve the operational efficiency of the supply chain. In this paper, the EPCglobal standard and open source middleware proposed by GS1 organization are analyzed and studied. Firstly, the interface and implementation process of EPCIS module are analyzed, secondly, the requirement of material management access system is analyzed. The function module of the system is designed and refined, and the structure of the interactive data is clarified, especially the interaction between the existing material management system and the EPCIS module, as well as the configuration of each module. After completing the detailed design of the system, the material management access system is developed and implemented. By accessing the system, the enterprise can enjoy the advantages of EPC network without changing the existing material management system, and achieve better cooperation with other trading units. Finally, in order to ensure the availability and stability of the material management access system, we test the function and performance of the system. The test results show that the material management access system in this paper can realize the seamless connection between the traditional material and material management system and the unified platform, and provide the information service of multi-supply chain and large amount of data.
