基于生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的冷鏈物流配送路徑優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:近些年來,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展及居民生活水平的改善,市場(chǎng)對(duì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的需求量在逐年遞增,與此同時(shí)人們對(duì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量品質(zhì)的要求也在不斷提升,這就使得生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流配送企業(yè)面臨更加嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。農(nóng)產(chǎn)品自身的易腐易損的屬性,致使在冷鏈物流配送的整個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)中,不得不通過使用更多的能源來保證農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量品質(zhì),而能源過多的消耗會(huì)產(chǎn)生更多的碳排放,增加了冷鏈物流對(duì)環(huán)境的負(fù)面影響,與目前倡導(dǎo)的“低碳經(jīng)濟(jì),綠色物流”的發(fā)展主題有所不符。因此,研究減小農(nóng)產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流配送過程中的成本、降低碳排放量問題具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。為解決生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流配送問題,本文主要選擇從路徑優(yōu)化角度進(jìn)行深入研究。將配送企業(yè)運(yùn)營總成本最小化作為優(yōu)化目標(biāo),除了考慮到配送過程中車輛的固定成本、運(yùn)輸成本、貨損成本、制冷成本及違背時(shí)間窗產(chǎn)生的懲罰成本外,還特別考慮了碳排放的成本。在車輛載重量及時(shí)間窗的限制下,構(gòu)建以上述綜合成本最小的優(yōu)化模型。對(duì)于該模型的求解,本文主要對(duì)遺傳算法與蟻群算法進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。最后,通過相應(yīng)的算例,使用MATLAB軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)算法的求解,進(jìn)而求得算法的最優(yōu)配送方案。對(duì)比算法求得的優(yōu)化方案,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)在本文算例客戶規(guī)模下,改進(jìn)的遺傳算法與改進(jìn)的蟻群算法在求解考慮碳排放的生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流配送路徑優(yōu)化問題時(shí),二者都能夠求得降低農(nóng)產(chǎn)品配送過程中總成本,減少碳排放量的配送方案,但改進(jìn)的蟻群算法可以得到配送總成本及碳排放量的更優(yōu)的方案,更適合求解本文構(gòu)建的模型。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of the economy and the improvement of the living standard of the residents, the demand for agricultural products is increasing year by year. At the same time, the demand for the quality and quality of agricultural products is also increasing. This makes the cold chain logistics enterprises facing more severe challenges. In the whole link of the cold chain logistics and distribution, it has to use more energy to ensure the quality and quality of the agricultural products, and the excessive consumption of energy will produce more carbon emissions and increase the negative impact of the cold chain logistics on the environment, which is not consistent with the theme of the development of "low carbon economy and green logistics", which is advocated at present. Therefore, it is of certain practical significance to reduce the cost and reduce the carbon emissions in the process of cold chain logistics and distribution of agricultural products. In order to solve the problem of cold chain logistics distribution of fresh agricultural products, this paper mainly chooses the path optimization point of view to make an in-depth study on the minimization of the total cost of the distribution enterprise, in addition to the consideration of the optimization goal. In the process of distribution, the fixed cost, transportation cost, cost of damage, cooling cost and the penalty cost of breaking the time window are considered, and the cost of carbon emission is considered especially. Under the restriction of vehicle load and time window, the optimization model of the least comprehensive cost is constructed. The main purpose of this paper is to solve the model. Finally, it is designed with the ant colony algorithm. Finally, through the corresponding example, the algorithm is solved by MATLAB software, and then the optimal distribution scheme is obtained. The result is that the improved genetic algorithm and the modified ant colony algorithm are used to solve the fresh farmers considering the carbon emission under the client scale of this example. When the product cold chain logistics distribution path optimization is optimized, the two can reduce the total cost and reduce the carbon emission distribution scheme, but the improved ant colony algorithm can get the better distribution cost and carbon emissions, which is more suitable for solving the model constructed in this paper.
