【摘要】：自上世紀八十年代以來,世界經(jīng)濟格局風云突變。隨著改革開放的不斷深化,我國在世界經(jīng)濟金融舞臺上重要的地位日趨顯現(xiàn),并且在全球經(jīng)濟一體化的大環(huán)境中正在扮演著舉足輕重的角色。特別是提及金屬的貿(mào)易和消費,在目前,中國因素的影響力和推動作用無疑是非常巨大的。金屬因其商品和金融雙重屬性,在大宗商品領域中有著既特殊又重要的地位,其巨大的貿(mào)易進出口量無論是為相關行業(yè)和還是金融機構都帶來了新的挑戰(zhàn)和商機。近年來,為了適應經(jīng)濟環(huán)境的變革并順應世界經(jīng)濟的浪潮,我國對金屬行業(yè)無論是從政策體制,貿(mào)易環(huán)境,以及對行業(yè)中相關企業(yè)的引導和扶持都進行了創(chuàng)新和變革。然而面對著我國本身金屬資源相對貧乏,人均占有量不足,貿(mào)易金融領域的發(fā)展起步時間相對落后等客觀情況,我們?nèi)匀幻媾R著多重考驗:企業(yè)對傳統(tǒng)貿(mào)易融資模式的套用和研究還不夠準確和透徹;金融行業(yè)也無法充分滿足客戶在資金支持,物流管理和信息傳導等多領域的服務的綜合需求;政府在貿(mào)易融資和貿(mào)易環(huán)境的發(fā)展規(guī)范的制約引導也需要立體深化。我國的金屬行業(yè)貿(mào)易融資發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀如何,其究竟處于一個怎樣的發(fā)展階段,發(fā)展的脈絡和方向有何趨勢性的變化;當前哪些融資手段和模式被主要應用;為何要著力發(fā)展金屬行業(yè)的貿(mào)易融資,改善其結(jié)構性和貿(mào)易環(huán)境;我們?nèi)绾尉C合運用好傳統(tǒng)的貿(mào)易融資工具,并在其基礎上引進國外先進經(jīng)驗根據(jù)自身的發(fā)展環(huán)境加以改善和創(chuàng)新;現(xiàn)存的貿(mào)易融資有哪些風險和防范措施,其未來的發(fā)展意義和發(fā)展方向在何處等等具有理論或者現(xiàn)實意義的問題都將在本文中一一展開探討和闡述。本文選取金屬行業(yè)作為主要研究范圍,并選取貿(mào)易環(huán)節(jié)中的核心組成部分---貿(mào)易融資作為具體研究對象,以各領域?qū)W者的研究數(shù)據(jù)和歸納為基礎,佐以多個近幾年來在金屬行業(yè)內(nèi)具有重要意義的案例和業(yè)務模式的分析,并從金融機構和行業(yè)從業(yè)者作為切入點進行多角度的思考,更是在結(jié)合現(xiàn)實實踐的背景下,提出金屬行業(yè)貿(mào)易融資的新模式和新的多邊機構參與的新趨勢等話題討論和展望。
[Abstract]:Since the 1980's, the world economic pattern has changed dramatically. With the deepening of reform and opening up, China is playing an important role in the world economic and financial stage, and is playing a pivotal role in the global economic integration environment. Especially when it comes to the trade and consumption of metals, at present, the influence and promotion of Chinese factors are undoubtedly very great. Metal has a special and important position in the commodity field because of its dual attributes of commodities and finance. Its huge trade volume brings new challenges and business opportunities to related industries and financial institutions. In recent years, in order to adapt to the change of the economic environment and the tide of the world economy, our country has innovated and changed the metal industry from the policy system, the trade environment, and the guidance and support to the related enterprises in the industry. However, in the face of China's relatively poor metal resources, insufficient per capita possession, and relatively backward start time in the field of trade and finance, We still face many challenges: companies' application and research on traditional trade financing models are not accurate and thorough, and the financial industry is unable to fully meet customers' financial support. Logistics management and information transmission and other areas of comprehensive demand for services, the government in the development of trade finance and the development of trade environment guidance needs to be deepened. What is the current situation of the development of trade financing in China's metal industry, what stage of development it is in, what trend changes in the context and direction of development, which financing means and models are mainly used; Why should we focus on the development of trade finance in the metals industry and improve its structural and trading environment? how can we make good use of traditional trade finance instruments? On the basis of it, it introduces foreign advanced experience to improve and innovate according to its own development environment; what risks and preventive measures are there in the existing trade financing, The significance and direction of its future development will be discussed in this paper. In this paper, the metal industry is chosen as the main research area, and trade finance, the core component of the trade link, is chosen as the specific research object, which is based on the research data and induction of scholars in various fields. With the analysis of many important cases and business models in the metal industry in recent years, and from the financial institutions and industry practitioners as the entry point to carry out multi-angle thinking, but also in the context of combining the reality of practice, The paper puts forward the new mode of trade financing and the new trend of the participation of new multilateral institutions.
