上海地區(qū)快遞物流節(jié)點(diǎn)的空間格局分析

【摘要】:快遞業(yè)在現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)模式發(fā)展下規(guī)模日益壯大并滲透至社會經(jīng)濟(jì)、生活的多個領(lǐng)域,現(xiàn)已成為中國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)新增長點(diǎn)[1]。上海地區(qū)快遞業(yè)在其巨大的消費(fèi)群體背景下現(xiàn)為我國快遞業(yè)發(fā)展最高的水平。然而,上?爝f服務(wù)誤件、配送不及時等的投訴問題也成倍增長?爝f的分揀、儲存、轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)活動是快遞服務(wù)的主要環(huán)節(jié)?爝f物流節(jié)點(diǎn)的布局關(guān)系著整個物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)時效性效應(yīng)的發(fā)揮,明晰快遞物流節(jié)點(diǎn)的空間格局是對整個物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)的基礎(chǔ)認(rèn)識,對物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)效率的提高具有重要意義。由此,研究上海物流節(jié)點(diǎn)的空間格局及其成因不僅可以豐富經(jīng)濟(jì)地理學(xué)的理論內(nèi)涵,還能為快遞產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展以及城市規(guī)劃提供理論借鑒和決策支持。本文對快遞物流節(jié)點(diǎn)的空間格局的研究主要從空間組織等基礎(chǔ)理論、快遞物流節(jié)點(diǎn)的空間布局以及快遞物流節(jié)點(diǎn)的組織結(jié)構(gòu)三個層面展開。首先,從區(qū)位論、中心地理論、城市地租理論以及集聚等理論來認(rèn)識城市快遞物流節(jié)點(diǎn)空間格局理論基礎(chǔ)主要有空間結(jié)構(gòu)理論、空間組織理論以及空間聚集理論。分析快遞物流節(jié)點(diǎn)的布局特征發(fā)現(xiàn):快遞物流的組織規(guī)律遵循“反城市地租理論”規(guī)律,快遞物流基本組織結(jié)構(gòu)主要有“點(diǎn)對點(diǎn)”式、“軸-輻”式以及二者結(jié)合的“組合式”。其次,以“四通一達(dá)”五家典型快遞企業(yè)的物流節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行案例分析發(fā)現(xiàn)其物流節(jié)點(diǎn)在上海地區(qū)的布局呈現(xiàn)從主城區(qū)向郊區(qū)遞減的規(guī)律,形成以靜安為“內(nèi)層圈”,黃浦、虹口等為“中層圈”,楊浦、閔行等為“外層圈”的格局特征。快遞物流組織特征為“軸-輻”式組織結(jié)構(gòu),地區(qū)總部與分部直接進(jìn)行物流運(yùn)輸。最后,運(yùn)用Arc GIS進(jìn)行核密度分析得出“四通一達(dá)”企業(yè)快遞物流節(jié)點(diǎn)在上海地區(qū)呈現(xiàn)“一極多核”的空間集聚特征;運(yùn)用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度方法分析影響快遞業(yè)發(fā)展的要素,并結(jié)合上海快遞企業(yè)的發(fā)展情況,得出上?煳锪鞴(jié)點(diǎn)的空間集聚因子主要有:人口導(dǎo)向、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展導(dǎo)向、城市規(guī)劃導(dǎo)向以及區(qū)位導(dǎo)向。
[Abstract]:The express industry is growing in scale and permeating to the social economy under the development of modern economic model. Many fields of life have become the new growth point of China's national economy. [1]. Shanghai express industry is the highest level of express industry in the context of its huge consumer group. However, Shanghai express delivery service is not timely and distribution is not timely. The distribution of express logistics nodes is related to the effectiveness of the whole logistics network, and it is clear that the spatial pattern of express logistics nodes is the basic understanding of the whole logistics network and the improvement of the efficiency of the logistics network. Therefore, the study of the spatial pattern of Shanghai logistics node and its causes can not only enrich the theoretical connotation of economic geography, but also provide theoretical reference and decision support for the development of express industry and urban planning. The main research of the spatial pattern of express logistics nodes is from the basic theory of space organization, and express logistics Festival The spatial distribution of point and the organizational structure of the express logistics node are carried out in three aspects. First, the theoretical basis of the spatial pattern of urban express logistics nodes is the theory of spatial structure, the theory of spatial organization and the theory of spatial aggregation, and the analysis of express logistics. The distribution characteristics of the node find that the organization rules of express logistics follow the law of "anti urban rent theory", and the basic organization structure of express logistics mainly includes "point to point", "axis" and "combination" of the combination of the two. Secondly, the case analysis of the logistics nodes of the five typical express enterprises is found by the case analysis. The distribution of its logistics nodes in Shanghai area presents the law of decreasing from the main city to the suburbs, and forms the "inner circle" in Jingan, Huangpu, Hongkou and so on as "the middle circle", Yangpu, Minhang and so on as the "outer circle". The express logistics organization is characterized by the "axis and spoke" structure, and the regional headquarters and the branch carry out the logistics and transport directly. Finally, the Arc GIS is used to analyze the nuclear density of the "four links one Da" logistics node in the Shanghai area, showing the "one extreme multi core" spatial agglomeration characteristics, using the grey correlation method to analyze the factors that affect the development of the express industry, and combine the development of Shanghai Express enterprises to get the space of Shanghai fast logistics node. The main factors of agglomeration are population orientation, economic development orientation, urban planning orientation and location orientation.
