【摘要】："一帶一路"倡議的提出,對我國商貿業(yè)和物流業(yè)來說既是機遇也是挑戰(zhàn)。技術標準化成為現(xiàn)代企業(yè)參與國際競爭的重要手段,作為后起趕超者,我國商貿業(yè)和物流業(yè)只有通過自主技術標準才能打破現(xiàn)有發(fā)達國家技術壟斷。技術標準具有明顯的鎖定和排他性,培育足夠規(guī)模的用戶基礎、積極加入專利技術聯(lián)盟是實現(xiàn)自主技術標準推行的關鍵,同時需要一個積極的專利保護機制。
[Abstract]:Belt and Road's proposal is both an opportunity and a challenge for China's trade and logistics industry. The standardization of technology has become an important means for modern enterprises to participate in international competition. As a latecomer, the trade and logistics industry of our country can break the technology monopoly of developed countries only through independent technical standards. The technology standard has obvious locking and exclusiveness, cultivating a sufficient scale user base, actively joining the patent technology alliance is the key to realize the implementation of independent technology standard, at the same time, it needs an active patent protection mechanism.
