【摘要】："一帶一路"倡議的提出,對(duì)我國(guó)商貿(mào)業(yè)和物流業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō)既是機(jī)遇也是挑戰(zhàn)。技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化成為現(xiàn)代企業(yè)參與國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的重要手段,作為后起趕超者,我國(guó)商貿(mào)業(yè)和物流業(yè)只有通過(guò)自主技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)才能打破現(xiàn)有發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家技術(shù)壟斷。技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)具有明顯的鎖定和排他性,培育足夠規(guī)模的用戶基礎(chǔ)、積極加入專(zhuān)利技術(shù)聯(lián)盟是實(shí)現(xiàn)自主技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)推行的關(guān)鍵,同時(shí)需要一個(gè)積極的專(zhuān)利保護(hù)機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Belt and Road's proposal is both an opportunity and a challenge for China's trade and logistics industry. The standardization of technology has become an important means for modern enterprises to participate in international competition. As a latecomer, the trade and logistics industry of our country can break the technology monopoly of developed countries only through independent technical standards. The technology standard has obvious locking and exclusiveness, cultivating a sufficient scale user base, actively joining the patent technology alliance is the key to realize the implementation of independent technology standard, at the same time, it needs an active patent protection mechanism.
