物流無(wú)人機(jī)在中國(guó)農(nóng)村電商物流市場(chǎng)應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:近幾年,中國(guó)民用無(wú)人機(jī)技術(shù)快速發(fā)展具備了在物流領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用的基本技術(shù)條件。物流無(wú)人機(jī)因其空中飛行的特點(diǎn)能夠提高農(nóng)村電商物流的配送效率和降低配送成本,在農(nóng)村電商物流市場(chǎng)具有應(yīng)用前景,并吸引了物流企業(yè)開(kāi)展實(shí)際應(yīng)用研究,農(nóng)村電商物流有望成為民用無(wú)人機(jī)切入物流領(lǐng)域的突破口。然而,受制于物流無(wú)人機(jī)續(xù)航能力不強(qiáng)、配送過(guò)程中存在安全隱患、物流無(wú)人機(jī)及其調(diào)度系統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)制造成本高和政策監(jiān)管體系不完善等原因,物流無(wú)人機(jī)還未廣泛應(yīng)用于農(nóng)村電商物流市場(chǎng)。如果能夠解決物流無(wú)人機(jī)在農(nóng)村電商物流市場(chǎng)應(yīng)用存在的問(wèn)題,推動(dòng)物流無(wú)人機(jī)廣泛應(yīng)用于農(nóng)村電商物流市場(chǎng),對(duì)中國(guó)物流行業(yè)、農(nóng)村電商行業(yè)和民用無(wú)人機(jī)行業(yè)具有重大經(jīng)濟(jì)意義。本文首先通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)比分析和舉例說(shuō)明等方式介紹物流無(wú)人機(jī)因能解決農(nóng)村電商物流的痛點(diǎn)而在農(nóng)村電商物流市場(chǎng)具有應(yīng)用前景。接之,在定性和定量分析基礎(chǔ)上,從物流無(wú)人機(jī)的續(xù)航能力、物流無(wú)人機(jī)及其調(diào)度系統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)制造成本、物流無(wú)人機(jī)配送過(guò)程的安全性、政策監(jiān)管體系四個(gè)方面詳細(xì)地分析了物流無(wú)人機(jī)在農(nóng)村電商物流市場(chǎng)應(yīng)用存在的問(wèn)題及其成因,認(rèn)為物流無(wú)人機(jī)續(xù)航能力不強(qiáng)、物流無(wú)人機(jī)及其調(diào)度系統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)制造成本高、配送過(guò)程存在安全隱患和政策監(jiān)管體系不完善是物流無(wú)人機(jī)在農(nóng)村電商物流市場(chǎng)應(yīng)用所遇到的主要問(wèn)題。最后根據(jù)所分析出的問(wèn)題及其成因,從無(wú)人機(jī)生產(chǎn)企業(yè)、物流企業(yè)和政府三個(gè)角度提出相應(yīng)的解決對(duì)策,建議應(yīng)分別從物流無(wú)人機(jī)技術(shù)、物流運(yùn)作和政策監(jiān)管體系方面解決現(xiàn)存的問(wèn)題,相互合作以推動(dòng)物流無(wú)人機(jī)在中國(guó)農(nóng)村電商物流市場(chǎng)的應(yīng)用。本文創(chuàng)新之處在于研究?jī)?nèi)容和研究視角上的創(chuàng)新。研究?jī)?nèi)容的創(chuàng)新在于以中國(guó)農(nóng)村電商物流市場(chǎng)作為應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景研究物流無(wú)人機(jī)的應(yīng)用。研究視角的創(chuàng)新在于本文在研究解決對(duì)策時(shí)不僅站在無(wú)人機(jī)生產(chǎn)企業(yè)和政府的角度考慮,同時(shí)也站在物流企業(yè)的角度考慮,能夠較為全面地分析物流無(wú)人機(jī)在農(nóng)村電商物流市場(chǎng)應(yīng)用所需考慮的因素。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the rapid development of Chinese civil UAV technology has the basic technical conditions for application in the field of logistics. The logistics UAV can improve the efficiency of logistics distribution and reduce the cost of distribution for the logistics of rural e-commerce. It has the application prospect in the rural e-commerce logistics market, and has attracted the practical application of the logistics enterprises. Research, rural e-commerce logistics is expected to become a breakthrough in the field of logistics for civilian UAV. However, it is limited to the low capacity of the logistics unmanned aerial vehicle, the hidden danger in the process of distribution, the high cost of the production and manufacture of the logistics unmanned aerial vehicle and the imperfect policy supervision system, and the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) has not been widely used. Rural e-commerce logistics market.
