【摘要】：基于射頻識別技術(shù)和GPRS技術(shù)進(jìn)行冷鏈物流的實(shí)時監(jiān)控設(shè)計,實(shí)現(xiàn)對冷凍產(chǎn)品物流供應(yīng)鏈的全天候信息監(jiān)測,提高供應(yīng)鏈的可靠性。根據(jù)冷鏈物流不同階段的特點(diǎn)構(gòu)建信息系統(tǒng),采用射頻RFID技術(shù)進(jìn)行標(biāo)簽設(shè)計,實(shí)現(xiàn)對產(chǎn)品信息的追溯與跟蹤,冷鏈物流實(shí)時監(jiān)控覆蓋了冷鏈物流的客戶、項(xiàng)目、庫存和采購供應(yīng)等管理工作,在生產(chǎn)、運(yùn)輸、消費(fèi)和銷售過程中通過GPRS技術(shù)進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品的標(biāo)簽讀取和信息反饋,將冷鏈物流信息由RFID標(biāo)簽通過GPRS通信信道傳送至信息管理終端,實(shí)現(xiàn)冷鏈物流的實(shí)時監(jiān)控。測試結(jié)果表明,設(shè)計的系統(tǒng)具有較好的實(shí)時監(jiān)控能力,對冷鏈物流信息的傳輸和識別性能較好。
[Abstract]:The real-time monitoring design of cold chain logistics based on RFID and GPRS technology can realize the all-weather information monitoring of refrigerated product logistics supply chain and improve the reliability of the supply chain. According to the characteristics of different stages of cold chain logistics, the information system is constructed, and the label design is carried out by using RF RFID technology to realize the tracing and tracing of product information. The real time monitoring of cold chain logistics covers the customers and projects of cold chain logistics. Inventory and purchasing and supply management, through the production, transportation, consumption and sales of products through GPRS technology label reading and information feedback, the cold chain logistics information from the RFID label through the GPRS communication channel to the information management terminal, Realize the real-time monitoring of cold chain logistics. The test results show that the designed system has better real-time monitoring capability and better transmission and identification performance for cold chain logistics information.
