昭通市地震應(yīng)急物資配送路線研究

【摘要】:地震災(zāi)害是所有自然災(zāi)害中給人類社會(huì)造成損失最為嚴(yán)重的地質(zhì)災(zāi)害。地震災(zāi)害應(yīng)急救援是一項(xiàng)復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)工程,其中應(yīng)急救災(zāi)物資的配送更是救援工作中的重要環(huán)節(jié),高效的配送將有利于保障人民生命安全,大大減少地震帶來(lái)的嚴(yán)重?fù)p失,因此針對(duì)地震災(zāi)害應(yīng)急物資配送路線的研究是十分必要的。本文以昭通市地震應(yīng)急物流為研究背景,首先對(duì)該市市情、地震災(zāi)害歷史以及地震應(yīng)急物流現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)昭通市在地震災(zāi)害應(yīng)急物資配送中存在的問(wèn)題,進(jìn)而著手研究地震應(yīng)急配送路線模型及算法,為解決問(wèn)題提供方法。基于地震應(yīng)急配送需具備的時(shí)效性、弱經(jīng)濟(jì)性、動(dòng)態(tài)性等特點(diǎn),本文引入關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn),將動(dòng)態(tài)應(yīng)急配送路線問(wèn)題轉(zhuǎn)化為多個(gè)離散時(shí)間點(diǎn)的靜態(tài)配送路線問(wèn)題,構(gòu)建以配送時(shí)間最短為目標(biāo)的多應(yīng)急配送中心、多應(yīng)急需求點(diǎn)的配送路徑優(yōu)化數(shù)學(xué)模型。采用掃描算法將應(yīng)急需求點(diǎn)分配給各配送中心,考慮到動(dòng)態(tài)決策的快速?zèng)Q策要求,采用簡(jiǎn)便可行的節(jié)約算法進(jìn)行求解。最后,結(jié)合昭通市情況,建立應(yīng)急物資配送網(wǎng)絡(luò),將模型與算法運(yùn)用到實(shí)例中去,對(duì)昭通市地震應(yīng)急物資配送路線進(jìn)行研究,為昭通市應(yīng)急救援決策提供一定的支持,促進(jìn)該地區(qū)的應(yīng)急物流體系的完善。
[Abstract]:Earthquake disaster is the most serious geological disaster of all natural disasters to human society. Earthquake disaster emergency rescue is a complex system engineering, in which the distribution of emergency relief materials is an important part of the rescue work. Efficient distribution will help to ensure the safety of people's lives and greatly reduce the serious losses caused by the earthquake. Therefore, it is necessary to study the distribution route of emergency materials for earthquake disaster. Based on the research background of Zhaotong earthquake emergency logistics, this paper firstly analyzes the situation of the city, the history of earthquake disaster and the present situation of earthquake emergency logistics, and finds out the problems existing in the distribution of emergency materials for earthquake disaster in Zhaotong city. Then, the earthquake emergency distribution route model and algorithm are studied to provide a method for solving the problem. Based on the characteristics of seismic emergency distribution, such as timeliness, weak economy and dynamic, this paper introduces the key nodes to transform the dynamic emergency distribution route problem into the static distribution route problem of multiple discrete time points. The mathematical model of distribution path optimization for multi-emergency distribution center and multi-emergency demand point is constructed. The scanning algorithm is used to assign the emergency demand points to the distribution centers. Considering the rapid decision requirements of dynamic decision making, a simple and feasible saving algorithm is used to solve the problem. Finally, according to the situation of Zhaotong City, the emergency material distribution network is established, and the model and algorithm are applied to the example to study the distribution route of the earthquake emergency materials in Zhaotong City, which provides some support for the emergency rescue decision of Zhaotong City. Promote the improvement of emergency logistics system in this area.
