【摘要】：隨著信息時(shí)代的到來,計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)及信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展給人們的生活帶來了翻天覆地的變化,也使現(xiàn)代企業(yè)得到了更好的發(fā)展新機(jī)遇。依托于現(xiàn)代網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息技術(shù)的高效物流系統(tǒng)被諸多專家學(xué)者當(dāng)作能為企業(yè)建立更強(qiáng)大競爭力的“第三利潤源”�，F(xiàn)代企業(yè)對物流系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行合理有效的優(yōu)化能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)減少不合理庫存,進(jìn)一步降低物流成本,從而提高企業(yè)的獲利能力,并達(dá)到使企業(yè)整體競爭力獲得提升的最終目標(biāo)。本論文以主要從事弱電集成項(xiàng)目和產(chǎn)品分銷的Y公司作為研究對象。在參考學(xué)習(xí)了一系列與物流系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化相關(guān)的理論知識(shí)后,重點(diǎn)針對Y公司庫存不合理、運(yùn)輸成本高、物流信息化水平低的現(xiàn)狀,研究了Y公司其物流系統(tǒng)中所存在的問題并具體分析了問題產(chǎn)生的原因,以精益物流的精益思想作為指導(dǎo)來制定適合Y公司的物流系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化策略,并提供一些具體的優(yōu)化方案。本文首先介紹了研究的背景意義以及物流系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化的一部分相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)。然后根據(jù)Y公司的現(xiàn)狀研究和分析現(xiàn)有物流系統(tǒng)存在的問題,重點(diǎn)針對其組織結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化、倉儲(chǔ)管理優(yōu)化、運(yùn)輸管理優(yōu)化和物流信息系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化進(jìn)行研究,結(jié)合企業(yè)目前情況研究制定適合Y公司物流系統(tǒng)的最優(yōu)化方案,降低成本,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)提高Y公司企業(yè)核心競爭力的目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the information age, the development of computer network and information technology has brought great changes to people's life, and it also makes modern enterprises get better opportunities for development. Based on modern network information technology, the efficient logistics system has been regarded by many experts and scholars as "third" to build more powerful competitiveness for enterprises. The rational and effective optimization of the logistics system by modern enterprises can reduce the irrational inventory, further reduce the logistics cost, thus improve the profitability of the enterprises, and achieve the ultimate goal of improving the overall competitiveness of the enterprises. This paper is based on the Y company, which is mainly engaged in the weak electricity integration project and product distribution. After studying a series of theoretical knowledge related to the optimization of logistics system, this paper focuses on the current situation of Y company's unreasonable inventory, high transportation cost and low level of logistics information. It studies the problems in the logistics system of Y company and analyzes the causes of the problems. Lean logistics is used as the lean thought. To guide the formulation of logistics system optimization strategy suitable for Y company and provide some specific optimization schemes. Firstly, this paper introduces the background significance of the research and the theoretical basis of the logistics system optimization. Then according to the current situation of Y company, the existing problems of the existing logistics system are studied and analyzed, focusing on the excellent organizational structure. The optimization of storage management, transportation management optimization and logistics information system optimization are studied. According to the current situation of the enterprise, the optimization scheme suitable for the logistics system of Y company is formulated, and the cost is reduced. Finally, the goal of improving the core competitiveness of the enterprise of Y company is achieved.
