【摘要】：改革開放以來,特別是進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來,隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力的不斷增強(qiáng),越來越多的海外公司尋求進(jìn)入中國(guó)市場(chǎng)以擴(kuò)展其業(yè)務(wù)。物流,作為推動(dòng)國(guó)際商貿(mào)合作和經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的重要服務(wù)業(yè),已經(jīng)成為連接公司與客戶的重要紐帶。同時(shí),物流服務(wù)還是提高企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要方面,及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確地為客戶提供產(chǎn)品和服務(wù),已成為企業(yè)之間的重要競(jìng)爭(zhēng)因素。物流服務(wù)協(xié)議(或合同)是確保物流服務(wù)質(zhì)量的前提條件。同時(shí),服務(wù)協(xié)議(或合同)的準(zhǔn)確翻譯則為物流服務(wù)和交易的順利進(jìn)行提供了保障。本報(bào)告基于作者在華晨寶馬零配件配送中心實(shí)習(xí)時(shí)參與的物流服務(wù)協(xié)議翻譯項(xiàng)目。首先,本報(bào)告介紹了整個(gè)項(xiàng)目的背景以及翻譯前的準(zhǔn)備工作,包括公司對(duì)譯員的培訓(xùn),以及作者自己的譯前準(zhǔn)備,如閱讀協(xié)議平行文本,了解物流行業(yè)背景以及物流協(xié)議翻譯的相關(guān)要求。隨后,本報(bào)告重點(diǎn)介紹分析了在翻譯物流服務(wù)協(xié)議中遇到的困難和解決方法。其中,兩個(gè)主要的難點(diǎn)是英語(yǔ)長(zhǎng)句和術(shù)語(yǔ)的翻譯。作者以目的論為理論基礎(chǔ),選取了增譯、詞性轉(zhuǎn)換、調(diào)整語(yǔ)序與句子結(jié)構(gòu)等翻譯技巧進(jìn)行翻譯。最后,為控制翻譯質(zhì)量,作者對(duì)原文進(jìn)行了審閱和修改,使譯文更加嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)和準(zhǔn)確,符合公司對(duì)譯文的要求。本報(bào)告以物流服務(wù)協(xié)議為個(gè)案研究,結(jié)合英語(yǔ)合同翻譯策略,對(duì)合同翻譯中的常見問題加以分析,并歸納總結(jié)出合同翻譯的原則、規(guī)范以及技巧。本文對(duì)提升MTI學(xué)生翻譯能力有著一定的參考價(jià)值,同時(shí)也可對(duì)非文學(xué)翻譯的實(shí)踐和研究起到一定的促進(jìn)補(bǔ)充作用。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, especially since the 21st century, with the increasing economic strength of our country, more and more overseas companies are seeking to enter the Chinese market to expand their business. Logistics, as an important service industry to promote international business cooperation and economic globalization, has become an important link between companies and customers. At the same time, logistics service is also an important aspect to improve the competitiveness of enterprises. Providing products and services to customers timely and accurately has become an important competitive factor among enterprises. Logistics service agreement (or contract) is a prerequisite to ensure the quality of logistics service. At the same time, the accurate translation of service agreement (or contract) provides guarantee for the smooth operation of logistics service and transaction. This report is based on the translation project of logistics service agreement which the author participated in during his internship at brilliance BMW parts Distribution Center. First of all, the report describes the background of the entire project and pre-translation preparations, including company training for interpreters, as well as the author's own pre-translation preparation, such as reading parallel texts of the protocol. Understand the logistics industry background and logistics agreement translation requirements. Subsequently, this report focuses on the analysis of the difficulties encountered in the translation of logistics service agreements and the solutions. Among them, two main difficulties are the translation of English long sentences and terms. Based on Skopos theory, the author selects translation techniques such as increasing translation, part of speech conversion, word order adjustment and sentence structure. Finally, in order to control the quality of translation, the author reviews and modifies the original text to make the translation more precise and accurate, in line with the company's requirements for translation. This paper takes logistics service agreement as a case study, analyzes the common problems in contract translation, and summarizes the principles, norms and techniques of contract translation. This paper has some reference value for improving the translation competence of MTI students, and it can also promote and supplement the practice and research of non-literary translation.
