【摘要】：信息時(shí)代下的中小制造型企業(yè)面臨多方面因素的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),其中企業(yè)信息化是中小制造型企業(yè)高效整合企業(yè)內(nèi)部與外部資源、集人力信息、物流信息、資金流信息、信息流信息,與企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)流程緊密結(jié)合在一起的有效方式。本論文研究的重點(diǎn),是面向中小制造型企業(yè),找到一種適合的企業(yè)信息化解決方案。本論文選擇了IFS系統(tǒng)(IFS Applications)軟件,旨在為中小制造型企業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)一套基本滿足其業(yè)務(wù)流程需求的總體解決方案。本論文研究的主要內(nèi)容如下:1)分析中小制造型企業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)流程,發(fā)現(xiàn)存在的問(wèn)題,如信息孤島,業(yè)務(wù)流程難以整合,導(dǎo)致企業(yè)無(wú)法實(shí)現(xiàn)人力信息、物流信息、資金流信息、信息流信息與企業(yè)內(nèi)部流程高效整合,影響企業(yè)的發(fā)展。然后,提出使用IFS系統(tǒng)的整體解決方案。2)面向中小制造型企業(yè),使用IFS系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)流程分析與設(shè)計(jì)、改造及優(yōu)化。包括關(guān)鍵的銷售訂單流程、采購(gòu)訂單流程、面向訂單生產(chǎn)(MTO)的車間訂單(Shop Order)流程,最后得出本文的IFS系統(tǒng)總體業(yè)務(wù)流程解決方案。3)基于IFS系統(tǒng)和ROX企業(yè)項(xiàng)目背景,進(jìn)行IFS系統(tǒng)的配置、開(kāi)發(fā),研究與實(shí)現(xiàn)。4)對(duì)IFS系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行測(cè)試,效果分析,并進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果要求。本論文研究與設(shè)計(jì)的IFS系統(tǒng)整體解決方案成果得到實(shí)踐驗(yàn)證,對(duì)于競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈信息時(shí)代下的中小制造型企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)ERP信息化有一定的借鑒作用與幫助。
[Abstract]:In the information age, small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises are facing the competition of many factors, in which enterprise informatization is the efficient integration of internal and external resources, the collection of human information, logistics information, capital flow information and information flow information. An effective way to integrate closely with enterprise business processes. The focus of this paper is to find a suitable solution for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises. In this paper, IFS applications software is chosen to design a general solution for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises to meet their business process requirements. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) analyzing the business process of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, and finding out the existing problems, such as isolated information, difficult integration of business processes, resulting in the enterprise can not achieve human information, logistics information, capital flow information. Efficient integration of information flow information and internal processes affects the development of enterprises. Then, the overall solution using IFS system. 2) for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, the use of IFS system for business process analysis and design, transformation and optimization. Including the key sales order process, the purchase order process, the shop order order flow oriented to the order production, and finally the overall business process solution. 3) based on the IFS system and the ROX enterprise project background, the overall business process solution of the IFS system in this paper is obtained. The IFS system is configured, developed, researched and implemented. 4) the IFS system is tested, the effect is analyzed and verified to meet the requirements of the design results. This paper studies and designs the IFS system overall solution result to obtain the practice confirmation, has the certain reference function and the help for the small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprise to realize the ERP informationization under the intense information age.
