基于RFID的幸運國際物流管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:當(dāng)前,在國家政策推動下,物流行業(yè)的物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)應(yīng)用,逐步進(jìn)入穩(wěn)步、高速發(fā)展時期。RFID技術(shù)在物流領(lǐng)域廣泛運用于感知定位、追溯過程、采集信息、分類揀選物品等。在保證物流管理信息安全的條件下,大幅降低物流成本,提升了物流管理的效率。本課題是應(yīng)以農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)加工貿(mào)易和物流倉儲運輸為主營業(yè)務(wù)的安徽幸運國際物流公司物流管理業(yè)務(wù)的需要,與合肥格立威信息科技有限公司聯(lián)合開發(fā)的物流管理系統(tǒng)。本系統(tǒng)以軟件工程思想為基礎(chǔ),運用Visual Studio 2010作為開發(fā)平臺,采用C/S設(shè)計模式,以C#作為編程語言,采用了三層架構(gòu)的編程框架,使用SQL Server 2008作為后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫管理系統(tǒng)。本文描述的是對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了需求分析,得到系統(tǒng)功能和非功能性需求;對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行概要設(shè)計和詳細(xì)設(shè)計,確定系統(tǒng)開發(fā)軟硬件環(huán)境,而后描述系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)過程,核心代碼與系統(tǒng)測試,對整個軟件的開發(fā)過程進(jìn)行一個整體綜合的闡述。該系統(tǒng)利用RFID技術(shù)進(jìn)行物流倉儲過程中的數(shù)據(jù)采集,數(shù)據(jù)通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸?shù)酱鎯?shù)據(jù)的數(shù)據(jù)中心,通過數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用集中管理平臺進(jìn)行管理。具有集成化的完整的解決方案支持RFID技術(shù),在軟件平臺上擁有相應(yīng)的業(yè)務(wù)功能,并融合了RFID固定式、移動式讀寫器等硬件設(shè)備,在移動式的終端上預(yù)裝了應(yīng)用程序。在物流配送中心的入庫、出庫、清點、檢驗等業(yè)務(wù)過程中提供了一種準(zhǔn)確有效的管理方式,工作人員能夠?qū)崟r訪問數(shù)據(jù),從而更好地控制庫存。
[Abstract]:At present, with the promotion of national policies, the application of Internet of things technology in logistics industry has gradually entered a steady period. RFID technology has been widely used in the field of logistics in the field of logistics, such as sensing positioning, tracing process, collecting information, sorting items and so on. Under the condition of ensuring the information security of logistics management, the cost of logistics is greatly reduced and the efficiency of logistics management is improved. This subject is a logistics management system developed jointly by Anhui Lucky International Logistics Company and Hefei Glivier Information Technology Co., Ltd., which should focus on the production, processing trade of agricultural products and warehousing and transportation of agricultural products. This system is based on the idea of software engineering, using Visual Studio 2010 as the development platform, using C / S design pattern, C # as programming language, adopting three-layer framework and SQL Server 2008 as background database management system. This paper describes the requirements analysis of the system to obtain the system functions and non-functional requirements, the system outline design and detailed design, determine the system development software and hardware environment, and then describe the implementation process of the system. Core code and system testing, the whole software development process for a comprehensive elaboration. The system uses RFID technology to collect data in the process of logistics storage. The data is transmitted to the data center where the data is stored and managed by the data application centralized management platform. The integrated and complete solution supports RFID technology, has the corresponding service function on the software platform, and integrates the hardware equipment such as RFID fixed type, mobile reader, etc., and pre-installs the application program on the mobile terminal. It provides an accurate and effective management method in the process of entering, leaving, counting and checking in the logistics distribution center, so that the staff can access the data in real time and control the inventory better.
