【摘要】：軍事物流是指軍事力量在平時和戰(zhàn)時生活、訓練、執(zhí)勤及作戰(zhàn)所需軍事物資經過籌措、運輸、包裝、加工或生產、倉儲、供應等環(huán)節(jié),最終送達部隊而被消耗使用,實現(xiàn)其空間轉移的全過程。軍事物流是軍事后勤的重要組成部分,對提高部隊的軍事物資保障起著舉足輕重的作用。一個精確、快速和有預見性的軍事物流,可以有效提高軍事的后勤水平,將一個國家的經濟、科技實力轉化為軍事戰(zhàn)斗力。本文研究軍事物流評價指標體系及評價方法。論文簡析了軍事物流的有關概念,闡述了軍事物流不同于社會物流的軍事性,特殊性,縝密性,不均衡性的特征。結合軍事物流的基本流程,從軍事物資的貨源組織,物流中心選址,倉儲,包裝,裝卸搬運,配送,運輸監(jiān)控等方面詳細分析了影響軍事物流各個環(huán)節(jié)的因素,在此基礎上構建了軍事物流評價指標體系。采用層次分析法確定權重,設計了基于多級模糊綜合評價法的軍事物流系統(tǒng)評價方法。最后以某軍區(qū)軍事物流為例,進行了實例分析與評價,驗證了方法模型的有效性。本文的研究成果對我軍軍事物流系統(tǒng)的績效評價及軍事物流評價理論體系的完善,保障我軍軍事物流滿足現(xiàn)代軍隊建設的平時和戰(zhàn)時的物流安全、高效、順暢具有較好的理論意義和實用價值。
[Abstract]:Military logistics refers to the military materials needed for military forces to live, train, perform duty and fight in peacetime and wartime after raising, transportation, packaging, processing or production, warehousing, supply and so on, and are eventually consumed and used up when they reach the troops.The whole process of realizing its spatial transfer.Military logistics is an important part of military logistics, which plays an important role in improving military material support.An accurate, rapid and predictable military logistics can effectively improve the level of military logistics and transform a country's economic, scientific and technological strength into military combat effectiveness.This paper studies the evaluation index system and evaluation method of military logistics.This paper briefly analyzes the related concepts of military logistics, and expounds the characteristics of military logistics different from social logistics, which are military, particularity, meticulous and unbalanced.Combined with the basic process of military logistics, the factors influencing each link of military logistics are analyzed in detail from the aspects of source organization of military materials, location of logistics center, warehousing, packaging, loading and unloading, distribution, transportation monitoring, etc.On this basis, the evaluation index system of military logistics is constructed.The method of military logistics system evaluation based on multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is designed by using AHP to determine the weight.Finally, taking military logistics of a military region as an example, an example is analyzed and evaluated to verify the validity of the method model.The research results of this paper improve the performance evaluation of our military logistics system and the theoretical system of military logistics evaluation, and ensure that our military logistics meets the security and efficiency of modern military logistics in peacetime and wartime.Smooth has good theoretical significance and practical value.
