基于CAM的港口保稅物流園區(qū)出入口優(yōu)化設計研究

【摘要】:隨著近幾年我國進出口貿易量的迅速增長,港口進出口貨物量激增,使得港口集疏運系統(tǒng)也面臨巨大的壓力。對集疏運系統(tǒng)進行改造優(yōu)化以提高其運行效率,從而提高港口運行效率,成為很多港口所面臨迫切需要解決的首要問題。在這些問題中,一些閘口、卡口等出入口,如港口保稅物流園區(qū)出入口作為進出保稅物流園區(qū)的咽喉位置,更是發(fā)生交通擁堵的瓶頸之一,特別是出口系統(tǒng),其運營過程在高峰期存在的交通擁堵現(xiàn)象,成為制約港口集疏運系統(tǒng)必須解決的首要問題;诖,本文對保稅物流園區(qū)出入口尤其是出口系統(tǒng)進行優(yōu)化,主要內容為:(1)保稅物流園區(qū)出入口系統(tǒng)分析:在討論系統(tǒng)基本要素、環(huán)境因素和交通特點等的基礎上,尋找系統(tǒng)問題所在,討論分析了區(qū)域的機動車行駛動特性,確定了各個子系統(tǒng)和相關模型參數(shù),為建立出口CAM提供可能。(2)保稅物流園區(qū)出口CAM的建立:針對以大型貨車為主,并有部分小型客車的港區(qū)交通流,采用交通流對稱型雙車道(symmetric two-lane Nagel-Schreckenberg,STNS)元胞自動機模型建立保稅物流園區(qū)出口CAM,根據(jù)系統(tǒng)分析結果,定義各區(qū)域機動車行駛規(guī)則和各項參數(shù),為仿真實驗提供基礎。(3)基于CAM的保稅物流園區(qū)出口優(yōu)化設計:針對天津港保稅區(qū)已有交通問題和具體約束,提出關于出口卡口、交織區(qū)和交叉口的改造方案,應用已建立的CA模型進行仿真實驗,綜合考慮通行效率、通行時間、資金成本、系統(tǒng)匹配度四方面因素,建立出入口系統(tǒng)綜合評價體系,通過對實驗各項指標的系統(tǒng)評價,確定最優(yōu)設計方案。(4)基于CAM的保稅物流園區(qū)管理措施優(yōu)化:針對天津港保稅區(qū)出口交通流時空分布嚴重不均衡特性,應用信號燈在線調整、VSM等技術手段對交叉口、卡口的時空資源進行合理分配,通過CAM仿真確定高峰期、非高峰期的適用管理方案。
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of China's import and export trade in recent years, the port import and export cargo volume has increased sharply, which makes the port transportation system also face great pressure.In order to improve the operation efficiency and improve the port operation efficiency, it is an urgent problem that many ports need to solve.Among these problems, some gate, bayonet and other entrances and exits, such as the entrance and exit of port bonded logistics park, as the throat position in and out of bonded logistics park, are also one of the bottlenecks of traffic jam, especially the export system.The traffic congestion in the peak period has become the most important problem which must be solved to restrict the port transportation system.Based on this, this paper optimizes the entrance and exit system of bonded logistics park, especially the export system. The main content is the analysis of import and export system of bonded logistics park. On the basis of discussing the basic elements of the system, environmental factors and traffic characteristics, etc.To find out the problem of the system, discuss and analyze the driving characteristics of the vehicle in the region, determine the parameters of each subsystem and relevant model, and provide the possibility of establishing export CAM. 2) the establishment of export CAM of bonded logistics park.And the traffic flow in port area of some minibuses is established by using the cellular automata model of symmetrical two-lane two-lane Nagel-Schreckenberg STNSS to establish the exit CAM of bonded logistics park. According to the results of system analysis, the driving rules and parameters of each region are defined.To provide the foundation for simulation experiment. (3) optimal design of bonded logistics park export based on CAM: aiming at the existing traffic problems and specific constraints in Tianjin Port bonded area, this paper puts forward the reconstruction scheme of exit bayonet, interlaced area and intersection.By using the established CA model to carry out the simulation experiment, the comprehensive evaluation system of the entrance and exit system is established by considering the four factors of the passage efficiency, the passage time, the cost of funds and the matching degree of the system, and through the systematic evaluation of each index of the experiment.To determine the optimal design scheme. (4) optimizing the management measures of bonded logistics park based on CAM: aiming at the serious imbalance of the spatial and temporal distribution of export traffic flow in Tianjin Port bonded area, applying the signal lights online adjustment and other technical means to intersections,Through CAM simulation, the suitable management scheme for peak and off-peak periods is determined.
