【摘要】：歷年來,“三農(nóng)”問題都是我國政府工作的重要內(nèi)容之一。尤其是近二十年來,問題逐漸凸顯,如何科學合理地解決好“三農(nóng)”問題,直接影響人民幸福、社會穩(wěn)定、國家富強、民族復興。我國是當今世界最大的發(fā)展中國家,也是農(nóng)產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)出和消費大國。現(xiàn)階段“三農(nóng)”問題的關鍵點就是農(nóng)產(chǎn)品,包括了農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)、流通以及消費整個系統(tǒng)。隨著近年物流行業(yè)的迅猛發(fā)展,農(nóng)產(chǎn)品流通效率更高。這對于提高我國農(nóng)民收入,解決“三農(nóng)”問題起到了十分重要的作用。但我國物流行業(yè)正處在初步發(fā)展階段,在很多細節(jié)方面還存在著較明顯的問題。物流服務不系統(tǒng)、服務體系不健全、物流設備和技術落后等都極大的限制著我國物流行業(yè)的發(fā)展。農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流企業(yè)的技術引進,業(yè)務范圍拓展最根本的瓶頸在于資金,沒有強有力的資金支持,企業(yè)很難以快速健康成長起來。然而很多金融機構出于風險管理的考慮,對農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流企業(yè)的貸款審批較為嚴格,致使很多企業(yè)無法順暢的獲得所需要資金。企業(yè)沒有資金,無法提升物流水平,生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營利潤下降,影響農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流行業(yè)整體發(fā)展。基于此,本文從農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流金融支持相關理論出發(fā),分析湖南省農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流金融現(xiàn)狀與問題,并結合國內(nèi)外農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流發(fā)展中金融支持的成功經(jīng)驗,研究促進金融支持湖南省農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流健康良性發(fā)展的對策建議。本文共分為五章:第一章導論。論述的內(nèi)容為本文選題的背景,研究該選題的意義。以及國內(nèi)外相關研究綜述,主要內(nèi)容和研究方法。第二章農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流金融支持相關概念與理論基礎,對農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流進行概述,并分析農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流金融的特點以及農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流金融支持理論。第三章湖南農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流企業(yè)金融支持現(xiàn)狀。首先分析了湖南農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流發(fā)展與金融供給現(xiàn)狀,然后分析研究了存在的問題及產(chǎn)生的原因。第四章國內(nèi)外農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流發(fā)展中金融支持的比較分析。分析了美國、日本等發(fā)達國家農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流發(fā)展中金融支持的主要做法,并介紹了國內(nèi)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流發(fā)展中金融支持的成功經(jīng)驗。第五章促進金融支持湖南農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流健康良性發(fā)展的對策建議。根據(jù)金融業(yè)在支持湖南省農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流過程中存在的問題,構建一個全方位、多層次的金融支持框架。
[Abstract]:Over the years, the issue of agriculture, rural areas and farmers is one of the important contents of our government work.Especially in the past two decades, the problems have gradually become prominent. How to solve the problems of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" scientifically and reasonably has a direct impact on people's happiness, social stability, national prosperity and national rejuvenation.China is the largest developing country in the world.At present, the key problem of agriculture, rural areas and farmers is agricultural products, including the production, circulation and consumption of agricultural products.With the rapid development of logistics industry in recent years, agricultural products circulation efficiency is higher.This has played a very important role in raising farmers' income and solving the problem of agriculture, rural areas and farmers.But China's logistics industry is in the initial stage of development, in many details there are still more obvious problems.The logistics service is not systematic, the service system is not perfect, the logistics equipment and the technical backwardness have greatly restricted the development of our country's logistics industry.The most fundamental bottleneck in the development of the business scope of the agricultural products logistics enterprises is the capital. Without the strong financial support, it is very difficult for the enterprises to grow up quickly and healthily.However, due to the risk management, many financial institutions are more strict in the approval of loans to agricultural logistics enterprises, resulting in many enterprises can not obtain the required funds smoothly.Enterprises have no funds, can not improve the level of logistics, production and operation profits decline, affecting the overall development of agricultural logistics industry.Based on this, this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of agricultural logistics finance in Hunan Province, and combines the successful experience of financial support in the development of agricultural product logistics at home and abroad.The research promotes the financial support Hunan province agricultural product logistics healthy development countermeasure suggestion.This paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is an introduction.The content of the thesis is the background of this paper and the significance of the topic.And the domestic and foreign related research review, the main content and the research method.In the second chapter, the related concepts and theoretical basis of agricultural product logistics financial support are summarized, and the characteristics of agricultural product logistics finance and the theory of agricultural product logistics financial support are analyzed.The third chapter is the current situation of financial support for Hunan agricultural products logistics enterprises.This paper first analyzes the development of Hunan agricultural products logistics and the present situation of financial supply, and then analyzes the existing problems and causes.Chapter 4: comparative analysis of financial support in the development of agricultural products logistics at home and abroad.This paper analyzes the main methods of financial support in the development of agricultural product logistics in developed countries, such as the United States and Japan, and introduces the successful experience of financial support in the development of domestic agricultural product logistics.The fifth chapter promotes the financial support Hunan agricultural product logistics healthy development countermeasure suggestion.According to the problems existing in the financial industry in supporting the agricultural products logistics in Hunan Province, a comprehensive and multi-level financial support framework is constructed.
