【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化程度不斷提高,現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)越來(lái)越受到各級(jí)政府、企業(yè)和消費(fèi)者的重視,對(duì)現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)的需求也越來(lái)越迫切。物流園區(qū)是物流功能的集中體現(xiàn)載體之一,他運(yùn)營(yíng)的好壞決定著物流是否順暢,然而在物流行業(yè)大熱的背景下建設(shè)物流園區(qū)是否具有一定的經(jīng)濟(jì)性和可行性,值得深入討論。本文通過北大倉(cāng)物流園區(qū)項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益分析,給物流園區(qū)項(xiàng)目盈利性判斷提供了一個(gè)參考,具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文介紹了研究?jī)?nèi)容的背景及意義,綜述了國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)物流園區(qū)建設(shè)及經(jīng)濟(jì)效益分析類論文并加以梳理。通過介紹物流園區(qū)定義、功能和規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)的基本原則等物流園區(qū)投資概況對(duì)物流園區(qū)的相關(guān)基本概念做以闡述。本文同時(shí)也著重介紹了項(xiàng)目投資經(jīng)濟(jì)效益分析方法,明確了項(xiàng)目經(jīng)濟(jì)效益分析的內(nèi)容和過程。本文的核心是北大倉(cāng)物流園區(qū)項(xiàng)目的基本情況和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益分析,通過利用經(jīng)濟(jì)效益分析方法對(duì)北大倉(cāng)物流園區(qū)項(xiàng)目做了深入分析,分析認(rèn)為北大倉(cāng)物流園區(qū)項(xiàng)目可行。
[Abstract]:With the increasing degree of economic globalization, the modern logistics industry is paid more and more attention by governments, enterprises and consumers at all levels, and the demand for modern logistics industry is becoming more and more urgent.Logistics park is one of the concentrated carriers of logistics function. The quality of its operation determines whether the logistics is smooth or not. However, under the background of the great popularity of logistics industry, it is worth discussing whether the construction of logistics park has a certain degree of economy and feasibility.This paper provides a reference for the profit judgment of the logistics park project through the economic benefit analysis of the logistics park project in Beidakang, which is of practical significance.This paper introduces the background and significance of the research, summarizes the domestic and foreign papers on logistics park construction and economic benefit analysis.By introducing the definition, function and basic principles of planning and design of logistics park, this paper expounds the basic concepts of logistics park.At the same time, this paper also introduces the analysis method of the economic benefit of project investment, and clarifies the content and process of the economic benefit analysis of the project.The core of this paper is the basic situation and economic benefit analysis of the Beida Cang Logistics Park Project. By using the economic benefit analysis method, this paper makes a deep analysis of the Beida Cang Logistics Park Project, and finds that the Beida Cang Logistics Park Project is feasible.
