我國(guó)商貿(mào)流通業(yè)對(duì)城鄉(xiāng)居民消費(fèi)差距的影響——基于2001-2015年省際面板數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)

【摘要】:本文選取2001-2015年我國(guó)除西藏之外各省份相關(guān)面板數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用固定效應(yīng)回歸模型從分渠道、分時(shí)段和分區(qū)域視角,實(shí)證分析我國(guó)商貿(mào)流通業(yè)對(duì)城鄉(xiāng)居民消費(fèi)差距的影響。研究結(jié)果顯示:我國(guó)商貿(mào)流通業(yè)發(fā)展均能有效縮小城鄉(xiāng)居民消費(fèi)差距,但主要依靠刺激消費(fèi)而非增加收入渠道的方式實(shí)現(xiàn);我國(guó)商貿(mào)流通業(yè)發(fā)展對(duì)城鄉(xiāng)居民消費(fèi)差距的影響存在時(shí)期和地區(qū)差異。從不同時(shí)期看,"十一五"、"十二五"時(shí)期我國(guó)商貿(mào)流通業(yè)發(fā)展依靠刺激消費(fèi)渠道的方式縮小城鄉(xiāng)居民消費(fèi)差距的作用效果更加顯著;分區(qū)域看,東部地區(qū)通過(guò)刺激消費(fèi)渠道的方式縮小城鄉(xiāng)居民消費(fèi)差距的作用效果明顯弱于中、西部地區(qū)。為此,從激活農(nóng)村商貿(mào)物流、加強(qiáng)商貿(mào)物流設(shè)施建設(shè)、加強(qiáng)農(nóng)村電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)建設(shè)等方面提出相應(yīng)建議,以促進(jìn)商貿(mào)流通業(yè)發(fā)展進(jìn)而縮小城鄉(xiāng)居民消費(fèi)差距。
[Abstract]:This paper selects the relevant panel data of the provinces except Tibet from 2001 to 2015 and applies the fixed effect regression model to analyze empirically the influence of trade and circulation on the consumption gap between urban and rural residents from the perspective of sub-channel, time and sub-region.The results show that: the development of commercial circulation industry in China can effectively narrow the gap between urban and rural residents' consumption, but mainly rely on stimulating consumption rather than increasing income channels to achieve;The influence of the development of China's trade circulation on the consumption gap between urban and rural residents exists in different periods and regions.In different periods, the effect of reducing the consumption gap between urban and rural residents by the way of stimulating consumption channels in the development of commerce and circulation industry in China during the 11th Five-Year Plan and the 12th Five-Year Plan period is more remarkable.The effect of reducing the gap between urban and rural residents by stimulating consumption channels in the eastern region is obviously weaker than that in the middle and western regions.In order to promote the development of trade circulation and narrow the consumption gap between urban and rural residents, this paper puts forward some suggestions from activating rural commercial logistics, strengthening the construction of commercial logistics facilities and strengthening the construction of rural electronic commerce platform.
