印刷企業(yè)的設(shè)施布置方法研究

【摘要】:設(shè)施布置問題是工業(yè)工程領(lǐng)域長期研究的一項(xiàng)重大問題,涉及到制造企業(yè)的新建廠房、增加設(shè)備等諸多方面。印刷企業(yè)的設(shè)施布置方法研究很少,印刷企業(yè)對設(shè)施布置方法有強(qiáng)烈的需求。本文將以X印刷企業(yè)為研究對象,分析產(chǎn)品的類型、產(chǎn)量和工藝,以物流費(fèi)用最低為優(yōu)化目標(biāo),采用2種設(shè)施布置方法(系統(tǒng)設(shè)施布置方法和基于單親遺傳算法的設(shè)施布置方法)對X印刷企業(yè)的設(shè)施進(jìn)行布置。 運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)設(shè)施布置方法解決X印刷企業(yè)設(shè)施布置問題時,定義緩存區(qū)功能為存放該單元的待加工原料,并按照工藝劃分出17個待布置單元。給出了待布置單元之間物流量的統(tǒng)計(jì)指標(biāo)和計(jì)算方法、緩存區(qū)面積分配的方法,按照系統(tǒng)設(shè)施布置方法的流程,設(shè)計(jì)了2套布置方案。 運(yùn)用基于單親遺傳算法的設(shè)施布置方法時,提出了增加物流流入、流出約束和單元位置約束的二次分配數(shù)學(xué)模型,針對設(shè)施布置問題改進(jìn)了單親遺傳算法,并將系統(tǒng)設(shè)施布置方法的單元劃分、物流量統(tǒng)計(jì)、單元面積劃分等數(shù)據(jù)為輸入,,求解得到5套布置方案。 通過結(jié)果評價驗(yàn)證了設(shè)施布置方法降低X印刷企業(yè)的物流費(fèi)用,且基于單親遺傳算法的設(shè)施布置方法較系統(tǒng)設(shè)施布置方法可提供更多、更優(yōu)的設(shè)施布置方案。
[Abstract]:Facility layout is an important problem in the field of industrial engineering, which involves many aspects, such as the construction of new factory buildings and the increase of equipment in manufacturing enterprises.There is little research on facility layout methods in printing enterprises, and there is strong demand for facility layout methods in printing enterprises.This article will take X printing enterprise as the research object, analyzes the product type, the output and the craft, takes the logistics expense as the optimization goal,Two methods of facility layout (system facility layout and single parent genetic algorithm based facility layout) were adopted to layout the facilities of X printing enterprises.When the system facility layout method is used to solve the problem of facility layout in X printing enterprise, the function of buffer area is defined as the raw material to store the unit, and 17 units are divided according to the process.The statistic index and calculation method of the material flow between the units to be laid out and the method of the area allocation of the buffer area are given. According to the flow of the layout method of the system facilities, two sets of layout schemes are designed.When the facility layout method based on single parent genetic algorithm (PGA) is used, a mathematical model of quadratic allocation is proposed to increase the inflow, outflow and location constraints of the unit, and the single parent genetic algorithm (PGA) is improved to solve the problem of facility layout.The data such as unit partition, material flow statistics and unit area partition of the system facility layout method are input, and 5 sets of layout schemes are obtained.The results show that the facility layout method can reduce the logistics cost of X printing enterprises, and the facility layout method based on single parent genetic algorithm can provide more and better facilities layout scheme than the system facility layout method.
