【摘要】：正"無車承運"的合法性與物流行業(yè)的每個參與者都息息相關(guān)。交通部相關(guān)文件通篇都在講"無車承運怎么管?要管什么?"其中動態(tài)信息接入及監(jiān)管其實就是政府部門最想解決的問題。無車承運人試點要過的第一關(guān),是政府監(jiān)管關(guān)。政府是想通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺以及大數(shù)據(jù)去解決無車承運的監(jiān)管問題。政府不是把已經(jīng)事實存在的無車承運企業(yè)定義為"無車承運人",是否在進行無車承運業(yè)務(wù)并不是最重要的,最重要的是你能否被監(jiān)管。要去監(jiān)管,就需要大數(shù)據(jù),其數(shù)
[Abstract]:The legitimacy of carless transportation is closely related to each participant in the logistics industry.The relevant documents of the Ministry of Communications are all talking about "how to manage the carriage without a car?"What do you care?
