【摘要】：本文主要就我國零售企業(yè)如何構建雙向流通的物流運行模式進行研究。在結合我國零售企業(yè)物流發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的基礎上,對我國零售企業(yè)構建雙向流通運行模式的必要性進行分析;以連鎖零售企業(yè)為例,指出雙向流通模式運行的難點所在,并進一步探討連鎖零售企業(yè)雙向流通組織模式的構建,并為更好推進我國零售企業(yè)雙向流通運行模式的構建提出了相關建議。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly studies how to construct the two-way circulation logistics operation mode of the retail enterprises in our country.Based on the current situation of logistics development of retail enterprises in China, this paper analyzes the necessity of establishing a two-way circulation operation mode for retail enterprises in China, and takes chain retail enterprises as an example to point out the difficulties in the operation of two-way circulation mode.Furthermore, the paper probes into the construction of two-way circulation organization model of chain retail enterprises, and puts forward some relevant suggestions for better promoting the construction of two-way circulation operation mode of retail enterprises in China.
