【摘要】:本文對(duì)LHWZ公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了深入研究,重點(diǎn)探討了LHWZ公司如何實(shí)現(xiàn)向第三方物流公司轉(zhuǎn)變,并找出適合其發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略,借此完成公司的目標(biāo)任務(wù)。本文從五個(gè)方面進(jìn)行闡述。第一部分介紹了研究背景、意義、內(nèi)容、方法和理論依據(jù)。第二部分使用了PEST模型、五力模型分析法對(duì)公司外部環(huán)境作了深入分析,得出了該公司面臨的機(jī)遇和威脅。第三部分分析了公司內(nèi)部的具有的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)。第四部分運(yùn)用SWOT分析法對(duì)該公司的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行了綜合分析,得到了公司戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)和實(shí)施方案。第五部分詳述了公司的戰(zhàn)略保障措施,最后得出了戰(zhàn)略結(jié)論。本文從企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理的角度出發(fā),制定出符合公司現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展要求的密集型發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,并提出相應(yīng)的戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施措施,為公司找準(zhǔn)市場(chǎng)定位、優(yōu)化資源配置、明確核心業(yè)務(wù)、建立競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)提供具有參考價(jià)值的指導(dǎo)和建議。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the development strategy of LHWZ Company is deeply studied, and how to realize the transformation from LHWZ Company to the third Party Logistics Company is discussed, and the strategy suitable for its development is found to complete the target task of the company.This article carries on the elaboration from five aspects.The first part introduces the research background, significance, content, methods and theoretical basis.In the second part, PEST model is used to analyze the external environment of the company, and the opportunities and threats faced by the company are obtained.The third part analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the company.In the fourth part, SWOT analysis is used to analyze the internal and external environment of the company, and the strategic objectives and implementation scheme of the company are obtained.The fifth part details the company's strategic safeguard measures, and finally draws a strategic conclusion.From the angle of enterprise strategic management, this paper formulates the intensive development strategy which accords with the company's current situation and development requirements, and puts forward the corresponding strategy implementation measures to find the correct market position for the company, optimize the allocation of resources, and clarify the core business.Establish competitive advantage to provide guidance and advice with reference value.
