【摘要】：改革開放近四十年來,我國社會主義市場經濟在快車道上馳騁縱橫、迅猛發(fā)展。在我國社會化大生產中,批發(fā)和零售業(yè)作為發(fā)展中的緊要環(huán)節(jié),在某種程度上決定了我國經濟運行效率、效益和質量。當前,在我國市場化水平最高、競爭最激烈的行業(yè)中,批發(fā)零售業(yè)占了一席之地。近年來,我國國民經濟迅速發(fā)展,當商品市場處于供求平衡甚至供大于求的階段后,批發(fā)零售業(yè)在國民經濟中的地位也會獲得明顯提升。尤其是近幾年,物流業(yè)、電子商務產業(yè)不斷完善,給批發(fā)零售業(yè)提供了非常好的發(fā)展平臺和發(fā)展空間。至2014年,我國批發(fā)和零售業(yè)產值62216億元,同比上年增長9.5%,占GDP比重9.78%。批發(fā)和零售業(yè)的地位和作用不斷增強,在經濟增長中的貢獻也隨之增加,已經逐步成長為先導性產業(yè),并引導企業(yè)和居民的生產和消費。在我國現有的產業(yè)結構中,中小型企業(yè)占據了批發(fā)零售業(yè)的主體地位。在我國經濟社會發(fā)展中,中小企業(yè)發(fā)揮了十分重要的作用。然而,隨著我國中小型批發(fā)零售企業(yè)大批量不斷涌現,所暴露出的問題也越來越多,存在企業(yè)壽命短暫,倒閉比率過高的情況。RX糖業(yè)有限公司是一家典型的以經營白糖、預包裝食品、散裝食品、農產品為主的批發(fā)企業(yè),年營業(yè)額在1000萬元左右。2012年至2015年,公司凈利潤持續(xù)下滑,至2014年,公司凈虧損75萬余元。出現這種情況,固然與國內白糖價格走低的大環(huán)境有關,然而,公司領導層財務管理意識薄弱、財務制度缺失、財務人員素質不高也是造成公司虧損的重要原因。本文從財務管理角度出發(fā),對RX糖業(yè)有限公司財務管理狀況進行分析,找到該公司財務管理方面存在的不足,剖析存在問題的原因,并提出解決這些問題的對策。首先,作者介紹了本文的研究背景和意義,整理了國內外財務管理理論發(fā)展動態(tài),提出本文研究內容。第二部分對相關研究理論進行了概述。第三部分分析了RX糖業(yè)有限公司財務管理現狀,并對其財務管理能力進行了評價。展現了RX糖業(yè)有限公司運營現狀,并分析了RX糖業(yè)有限公司組織結構、管理制度、人員狀況、財務狀況的現狀,探討了其財務管理面臨的問題。另外,采用問卷調查的形式收集相關數據,通過層次分析法,構建了RX糖業(yè)有限公司財務管理能力的評價方法。第四部分通過借鑒前人研究,從RX糖業(yè)有限公司內部研究其財務管理能力的影響因素。第五部分針對前文中發(fā)現的問題,提出針對性的解決對策。最后,總結本文的主要工作,得出相關的啟示。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's socialist market economy has developed rapidly in the fast track.Wholesale and retail trade, as a crucial link in the development of China's socialized mass production, to some extent determine the efficiency, benefit and quality of China's economic operation.At present, in our country market level is highest, the competition is most intense industry, wholesale retail trade occupied a place.In recent years, the national economy of our country develops rapidly, when the commodity market is in the stage of supply and demand balance or even oversupply, the position of wholesale and retail trade in the national economy will be obviously improved.Especially in recent years, logistics industry, e-commerce industry has been improved, providing a very good development platform and development space for the wholesale and retail industry.By 2014, China's wholesale and retail output value was 6.2216 trillion yuan, an increase of 9.5 percent over the previous year, accounting for 9.78 percent of GDP.The status and role of wholesale and retail trade have been increasing, and the contribution to economic growth has also increased. It has gradually grown into a leading industry and guided the production and consumption of enterprises and residents.In China's existing industrial structure, small and medium enterprises occupy the main position of wholesale and retail.In China's economic and social development, small and medium-sized enterprises have played a very important role.However, with the continuous emergence of large quantities of small and medium-sized wholesale and retail enterprises in China, more and more problems have been exposed. The existence of short life span and high bankruptcy rate of enterprises. RX Sugar Co., Ltd. is a typical white sugar company.Pre-packaged food, bulk food, agricultural products based wholesale enterprises, annual turnover of about 10 million yuan. From 2012 to 2015, the company's net profit continued to decline, to 2014, the company's net loss of more than 750000 yuan.Although this situation is related to the low price of sugar in China, the weak sense of financial management, the lack of financial system and the poor quality of financial personnel are also the important reasons for the loss of the company.From the point of view of financial management, this paper analyzes the financial management situation of RX Sugar Co., Ltd., finds out the deficiencies in the financial management of RX Sugar Co., Ltd., analyzes the causes of the problems, and puts forward some countermeasures to solve these problems.The third part analyzes the present situation of financial management of RX Sugar Co. Ltd and evaluates its financial management ability.In addition, the method of evaluating the financial management ability of RX Sugar Co., Ltd is constructed by using the questionnaire survey and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP).The fourth part studies the influencing factors of the financial management ability of RX Sugar Co., Ltd.In the fifth part, the author puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problems.Finally, the main work of this paper is summarized, and the relevant enlightenment is obtained.
