現(xiàn)代服務(wù)集聚區(qū)物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化設(shè)計問題的研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟的迅速發(fā)展,現(xiàn)代服務(wù)集聚區(qū)的不斷形成,對物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)的結(jié)構(gòu)提出了更高的要求。優(yōu)化設(shè)計物流網(wǎng)絡(luò),關(guān)系著現(xiàn)代物流企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟效益,也反映了其綜合管理水平和市場競爭力,物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化設(shè)計涉及多方面,其中設(shè)施選址優(yōu)化、路徑優(yōu)化、選址-分配問題、選址-庫存問題等逐漸成為國內(nèi)外學(xué)者探討和研究的重點。以現(xiàn)有的研究為基礎(chǔ),,本文以現(xiàn)代服務(wù)集聚區(qū)的多級物流配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)為研究對象,針對多級確定物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)的優(yōu)化設(shè)計問題與考慮碳排放的物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化設(shè)計問題進行研究,旨在降低物流成本,提高物流企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟效益。 本文首先闡述了服務(wù)集聚區(qū)與現(xiàn)代物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)的特點、物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)的構(gòu)成、物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型分類、費用分析以及求解算法等相關(guān)理論知識。其次,針對已存在的多級物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)沒有充分考慮物流節(jié)點開關(guān)狀態(tài)的問題,根據(jù)產(chǎn)品需求量、單位運輸費用隨季節(jié)不斷變化等特點,通過調(diào)整節(jié)點狀態(tài),以物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)的總體費用最小為優(yōu)化目標(biāo),構(gòu)建了帶有能力約束的多級物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化設(shè)計問題的數(shù)學(xué)模型;利用改進后的模擬退火算法進行實例仿真,驗證了模型的有效性。最后,針對考慮碳排放的物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化設(shè)計問題,建立了考慮碳排放成本的物流節(jié)點選擇和需求匹配模型,解決了物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)中物流節(jié)點選擇、節(jié)點間的需求匹配等多種決策問題。對“不考慮碳排放成本”與“考慮碳排放成本”兩種情況進行仿真分析,結(jié)果表明,考慮碳排放成本的物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)比不考慮碳排放成本的傳統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)更具有現(xiàn)實意義。 本文研究了適合各種經(jīng)濟規(guī)模和配送范圍的物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化設(shè)計問題,為企業(yè)進行物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化設(shè)計提供了決策支持。由于時間短暫,針對集聚區(qū)物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化設(shè)計問題,本文研究的還不夠充分,今后還可以針對物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化設(shè)計的可靠性方面做進一步的研究和探討。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and the continuous formation of modern service agglomeration area, the structure of logistics network is demanded higher. The optimization of logistics network is related to the economic benefit of modern logistics enterprise. It also reflects the level of comprehensive management and market competitiveness, logistics network optimization involves many aspects, including facility location optimization, path optimization, site-allocation problems, The site-inventory problem has gradually become the focus of scholars at home and abroad. Based on the existing research, this paper takes the multi-level logistics distribution network of modern service agglomeration area as the research object. In order to reduce the logistics cost and improve the economic benefit of logistics enterprises, the optimization design of multi-level determined logistics network and the optimization design of logistics network considering carbon emissions are studied. This paper first describes the characteristics of service agglomeration area and modern logistics network, the composition of logistics network, the classification of logistics network model, cost analysis and solving algorithm and other relevant theoretical knowledge. In view of the fact that the existing multilevel logistics network does not fully consider the switching state of logistics nodes, according to the characteristics of product demand and unit transportation cost changing with the seasons, the node state is adjusted. Taking the minimum total cost of logistics network as the optimization goal, the mathematical model of multi-level logistics network optimization design with capability constraints is constructed, and the improved simulated annealing algorithm is used to simulate the problem. Finally, aiming at the optimization design of logistics network considering carbon emissions, a logistics node selection and demand matching model considering the cost of carbon emissions is established, which solves the logistics node selection in the logistics network. The simulation analysis of "not considering the cost of carbon emissions" and "considering the cost of carbon emissions" shows that, The logistics network considering the cost of carbon emissions has more practical significance than the traditional network which does not consider the cost of carbon emissions. In this paper, the optimal design of logistics network suitable for various economic scale and distribution scope is studied, which provides decision support for the optimization design of logistics network for enterprises. Because of the short time, the optimization design problem of logistics network in agglomeration area is studied. The research in this paper is not enough, and the reliability of logistics network optimization design can be further studied and discussed in the future.
