【摘要】：本文研究是在四川省多點(diǎn)多極發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略提出的大背景下,針對(duì)綿陽和廣元兩個(gè)二三線欠發(fā)達(dá)城市,從物流供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)展、園區(qū)和企業(yè)發(fā)展以及物流行業(yè)融合聯(lián)動(dòng)的角度,對(duì)綿廣物流供應(yīng)鏈的集成優(yōu)化開展探討與研究。論文首先基于物流供應(yīng)鏈、物流規(guī)劃、供應(yīng)鏈集成、社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析等相關(guān)理論綜述,尋求本文研究的理論支撐與分析方法。其次對(duì)綿廣物流供應(yīng)鏈發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及其影響因素進(jìn)行了深入分析。然后基于物流供應(yīng)鏈集約化發(fā)展對(duì)綿廣物流供應(yīng)鏈集成優(yōu)化提出了總體目標(biāo)與定位,設(shè)計(jì)了綿廣物流供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)的整體架構(gòu)與布局,構(gòu)建了綿廣物流供應(yīng)鏈節(jié)點(diǎn)指標(biāo)體系。采用因子分析法、引力模型、社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析法對(duì)綿廣物流供應(yīng)鏈節(jié)點(diǎn)布局進(jìn)行了層次分析和層級(jí)劃分,確定了綿廣物流供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點(diǎn)層級(jí)體系,并結(jié)合綿廣地區(qū)物流通道、產(chǎn)業(yè)分布情況給出了物流供應(yīng)鏈節(jié)點(diǎn)和園區(qū)企業(yè)發(fā)展定位的優(yōu)化方案。最后,探討了綿廣物流供應(yīng)鏈集成優(yōu)化的實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑及對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:Under the background of multi-point and multi-pole development strategy proposed in Sichuan Province, this paper aims at Mianyang and Guangyuan two underdeveloped cities, from the perspective of logistics supply chain network development, park and enterprise development, and logistics industry integration and linkage. Firstly, based on logistics supply chain, logistics planning, supply chain integration, social network analysis and other related theories. In this paper, the theoretical support and analysis methods are sought. Secondly, the development status and influencing factors of Mian Guangzhou logistics supply chain are deeply analyzed. Then, based on the intensive development of logistics supply chain, the integration of Mianguang logistics supply chain is optimized. Put forward the overall goal and position, This paper designs the whole structure and layout of the supply chain network of Mianguang logistics, constructs the index system of the node of the logistics supply chain of Mianguang, adopts the factor analysis method, the gravitation model, The social network analysis method has carried on the hierarchical analysis and the stratification to the Mianguang logistics supply chain node layout, has determined the Mianguang logistics supply chain network node hierarchy system, and unifies the Mianguang area logistics channel, The optimization scheme of logistics supply chain node and park enterprise development orientation is given. Finally, the way to realize the integration optimization of Mian wide logistics supply chain and the countermeasures and suggestions are discussed.
