【摘要】：正"在熱水器企業(yè)的物流活動(dòng)中,入廠物流可謂是最為關(guān)鍵,也是最為復(fù)雜的一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),眼下我國(guó)各大熱水器廠商都在重點(diǎn)整合這個(gè)項(xiàng)目。入廠物流即指熱水器整機(jī)廠在采購(gòu)零部件時(shí),零部件入庫(kù)以及運(yùn)送到生產(chǎn)線的物流管理。"如何在全球化采購(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)上,提升入廠物流的精度,將直接影響熱水器廠商的生產(chǎn)成本進(jìn)而影響企業(yè)綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。如何削減入廠物流費(fèi)用,逐漸成為熱水器企業(yè)可挖掘的第三利潤(rùn)泉眼,同時(shí)也成為了擺在國(guó)內(nèi)外熱水器企業(yè)面前的一個(gè)重要課題。本文以G
