【摘要】：物流產(chǎn)業(yè)作為社會分工的產(chǎn)物,已成為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的新型利潤源,其產(chǎn)生的時(shí)間效益和空間效益可以克服流通障礙,從而帶動物流、資源流、信息流的快速流動,使要素資源充分發(fā)揮經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,是最活躍的新興產(chǎn)業(yè)之一�，F(xiàn)代物流的發(fā)展打破了傳統(tǒng)物流只注重運(yùn)輸、倉儲等基本業(yè)務(wù)的局面,物流產(chǎn)業(yè)水平的有效提升對促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展有著強(qiáng)大的推動力,從產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)角度來看,不僅可以有效的驅(qū)動農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化,拉動第二產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,還可以增加第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的產(chǎn)值,使產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)更加優(yōu)化。高效率的物流產(chǎn)業(yè)逐漸成為提高資源配置效率、提升經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展質(zhì)量、優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),縮小區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差異的關(guān)鍵因素。因此,從目前河北省總體經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r來看,有必要加強(qiáng)河北省對物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的重視程度,分析河北省物流產(chǎn)業(yè)與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的匹配度,明確物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的投資方向,充分利用物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的雙重效應(yīng)以帶動河北省經(jīng)濟(jì)增長、優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)。河北省物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的配置水平還不能滿足區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展需求,為此需要探究在物流產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展過程中待改善的問題以推動區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。針對河北省物流產(chǎn)業(yè)與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展影響的深入認(rèn)識主要是運(yùn)用數(shù)據(jù)資料分析法、定性分析與定量分析相結(jié)合等方法。首先,充分利用學(xué)術(shù)期刊和網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源以定性分析的角度綜合闡述物流產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展理論和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展理論,并以此為基礎(chǔ)研究河北省物流產(chǎn)業(yè)與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的理論關(guān)系。其次,結(jié)合目前河北省物流產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展情況和整體經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平總結(jié)出影響河北省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵因素,利用與影響因素相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)和不同的指標(biāo)衡量河北省物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的配置水平和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)水平。再次,從定量分析的角度運(yùn)用計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)模型進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,主要包括河北省物流產(chǎn)業(yè)對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長方面的影響和河北省物流產(chǎn)業(yè)對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化方面的影響。根據(jù)總結(jié)出的影響因素、獲取的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)為河北省物流產(chǎn)業(yè)與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的分析設(shè)定計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)模型進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。最后,通過河北省物流產(chǎn)業(yè)與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的研究發(fā)現(xiàn)應(yīng)重視對農(nóng)村物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,培養(yǎng)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)人才、充分利用物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的信息化投資,發(fā)掘并充分利用農(nóng)村的土地、勞動力、資金、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品等要素資源,發(fā)展農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì),連通城市經(jīng)濟(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)城鄉(xiāng)經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化發(fā)展,以使河北省物流產(chǎn)業(yè)助力于區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長、優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),充分發(fā)揮物流產(chǎn)業(yè)在經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值上的雙重效應(yīng),助力河北省區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的更好發(fā)展,提升河北省在京津冀區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展過程中的經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力,更好的配合區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展需求,強(qiáng)化京津冀經(jīng)濟(jì)圈的擴(kuò)散作用,加快京津冀區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化,在實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的同時(shí)讓物流產(chǎn)業(yè)也得到更適合的發(fā)展,使兩者間的互動影響更強(qiáng)化。
[Abstract]:As the product of social division of labor, logistics industry has become a new profit source for economic development. The time and space benefits of logistics industry can overcome the obstacles of circulation, thus driving the rapid flow of logistics, resource flow and information flow. The development of modern logistics has broken the situation that traditional logistics only pays attention to transportation, warehousing and other basic business. The effective promotion of the level of logistics industry has a strong driving force to promote economic development. From the perspective of industrial structure, it can not only effectively drive agricultural modernization, stimulate the development of the secondary industry, but also increase the output value of the tertiary industry. The efficient logistics industry has gradually become the key factor to improve the efficiency of resource allocation, improve the quality of economic development, optimize the industrial structure, and narrow the regional economic differences. Judging from the overall economic development of Hebei Province, it is necessary to strengthen the importance of logistics industry in Hebei Province, analyze the matching degree between logistics industry and regional economic development in Hebei Province, and make clear the investment direction of logistics industry. Make full use of the dual effect of logistics industry in order to promote the economic growth of Hebei Province, optimize the industrial structure. The allocation level of logistics industry in Hebei Province can not meet the needs of the development of regional economy. In order to promote the development of regional economy, it is necessary to explore the problems to be improved in the development of logistics industry in order to promote the development of regional economy. The deep understanding of the impact of logistics industry and regional economic development in Hebei Province is mainly based on the use of data analysis method. The qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are combined. Firstly, the theory of logistics industry development and the theory of regional economic development are expounded from the perspective of qualitative analysis by making full use of academic journals and network resources. Based on this, the theoretical relationship between logistics industry and regional economic development in Hebei Province is studied. Secondly, the key factors affecting the economic development of Hebei Province are summarized according to the current situation of logistics industry development and the overall economic development level in Hebei Province. The allocation level and regional economic level of logistics industry in Hebei Province are measured by using the data related to the influencing factors and different indicators. Thirdly, the econometric model is used to carry out empirical analysis from the perspective of quantitative analysis. Mainly including the impact of logistics industry on regional economic growth in Hebei Province and the impact of logistics industry on industrial structure optimization in Hebei Province. The relevant data obtained for Hebei Province logistics industry and regional economic development analysis set econometric model for empirical analysis. Through the research of logistics industry and regional economic development in Hebei Province, we should pay attention to the development of rural logistics industry, train logistics industry talents, make full use of information investment of logistics industry, explore and make full use of rural land and labor force. Capital, agricultural products and other essential resources, developing the rural economy, connecting the urban economy, realizing the integration of urban and rural economy, enabling the logistics industry in Hebei Province to contribute to the growth of the regional economy and optimize the industrial structure, Give full play to the dual effect of the logistics industry on economic value, help the better development of regional economy in Hebei Province, enhance the economic strength of Hebei Province in the process of regional economic development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, and better meet the needs of regional economic development. Strengthen the diffusion of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei economic circle, accelerate the regional economic integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, realize the economic development and make the logistics industry more suitable for development, so that the interaction between the two will be strengthened.
