【摘要】：近年來,隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展,人民的生活質(zhì)量得到了明顯提高,由此帶來社會對于低溫冷凍食品的需求也越來越大。同時(shí),食品安全的問題也變得越來越突出。大力發(fā)展冷鏈物流,能有效地減少食品從生產(chǎn)到消費(fèi)整個(gè)過程中所產(chǎn)生的巨大浪費(fèi),也有利于保障食品的質(zhì)量安全。十二五以來,湖北省的農(nóng)副產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流穩(wěn)步發(fā)展,但相較于巨大的市場需求,還有很大缺口。湖北國儲物流公司長期從事倉儲物流服務(wù),近年來公司也業(yè)績保持穩(wěn)定發(fā)展態(tài)勢,但增長逐漸減緩,陷入增長的瓶頸期。公司在了解社會行情的基礎(chǔ)上,為了抓住冷鏈物流的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,湖北國儲物流公司擬以舊倉改造的方式在武漢分公司投資改造一座冷庫,開展農(nóng)副產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流。計(jì)劃以配送基地的形式,為農(nóng)副產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)企業(yè)和銷售企業(yè)提供倉儲、流通初加工、配送等服務(wù)。公司希望通過此次開展冷鏈物流試點(diǎn),調(diào)整生產(chǎn)結(jié)構(gòu),轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)營方式,開辟新的利潤增長點(diǎn),同時(shí),帶動其他分公司的業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型,保持公司經(jīng)營狀況持續(xù)健康穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。然而,投資改造冷庫在技術(shù)上是否可行,能否為公司帶來穩(wěn)定的經(jīng)濟(jì)收益,在經(jīng)濟(jì)上是否可行,缺少足夠的論證。因此,需要從技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)分析的角度,進(jìn)行分析論證。技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)可行性分析是指在工程項(xiàng)目或設(shè)計(jì)方案投資決策過程中,采用現(xiàn)代分析方法對項(xiàng)目方案在計(jì)算期,包括建設(shè)期和生產(chǎn)期內(nèi)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效果所做的測算與分析,為項(xiàng)目方案投資決策的提供重要依據(jù)。本文首先根據(jù)實(shí)際論述了湖北國儲開展冷鏈業(yè)務(wù)的實(shí)施背景和意義,研究了相關(guān)冷鏈物流文獻(xiàn);其次介紹了本文的基本理論和研究方法;然后,分析了武漢分公司冷庫項(xiàng)目的市場環(huán)境;之后,通過對湖北省武漢市肉類、果蔬等農(nóng)副產(chǎn)品市場調(diào)查,運(yùn)用指數(shù)平滑法預(yù)測農(nóng)副產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流需求規(guī)模,并根據(jù)市場需求,提出湖北國儲物流公司開展農(nóng)副產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流的品種選擇和冷庫類型選擇,并對冷庫的建設(shè)方案進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì);運(yùn)用財(cái)務(wù)分析方法,論述了湖北國儲武漢分公司冷庫建設(shè)的可行性;最后,從冷鏈物流實(shí)施的角度,提出武漢分公司冷鏈物流的實(shí)施建議。本文通過研究表明:湖北冷鏈物流市場前景廣闊,需求量大,湖北國儲發(fā)展農(nóng)副產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流可選擇建設(shè)以蔬菜、水果為主要品種的氣調(diào)型保鮮庫,通過財(cái)務(wù)分析論證,其在經(jīng)濟(jì)上是可行的,其稅前投資回收期為5.83年,經(jīng)濟(jì)效益顯著。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the steady development of China's economy, the quality of life of the people has been significantly improved, which has led to a growing social demand for cryogenic frozen food. At the same time, The problem of food safety has also become more and more prominent. Vigorously developing cold chain logistics can effectively reduce the huge waste caused by the whole process of food production to consumption, and is also conducive to ensuring the quality and safety of food. Since the 12th Five-Year Plan, The cold chain logistics of agricultural and sideline products in Hubei Province has developed steadily, but there is still a big gap compared with the huge market demand. Hubei National Reserve Logistics Company has been engaged in warehousing logistics services for a long time, and in recent years, the company's performance has maintained a steady development trend. However, the growth gradually slowed down and fell into the bottleneck of growth. In order to seize the development opportunities of cold chain logistics, the Hubei National Reserve Logistics Company plans to invest in the transformation of a cold store in Wuhan Branch in the form of an old warehouse transformation on the basis of understanding the social market. Develop cold chain logistics of agricultural and sideline products. Plan to provide storage, initial processing, distribution and other services to agricultural and sideline products production and sales enterprises in the form of distribution bases. The company hopes to launch a cold chain logistics pilot through this time. Adjust the production structure, change the mode of operation, open up new profit growth point, at the same time, drive the business transformation of other branch companies, keep the company's operating condition continue to develop healthily and stably. However, whether it is technically feasible to invest in the transformation of cold storage, There is a lack of sufficient proof of whether it is economically feasible to bring stable economic benefits to the company. Therefore, from the perspective of technical and economic analysis, Technical and economic feasibility analysis means that in the process of investment decision of project or design project, modern analysis method is used to calculate the project plan in the calculation period. It includes the calculation and analysis of economic effect in the construction period and the production period, which provides an important basis for the investment decision of the project scheme. Firstly, this paper discusses the background and significance of the cold chain business carried out by Hubei National Reserve according to the actual situation. Secondly, the basic theory and research methods of this paper are introduced. Then, the market environment of the cold storage project of Wuhan Branch is analyzed. According to the market demand for cold chain logistics of agricultural and sideline products, the variety selection and cold storage type selection of cold chain logistics for agricultural and sideline products by Hubei National Storage Logistics Company are put forward, according to the market demand, the index smoothing method is used to predict the demand scale of cold chain logistics for agricultural and sideline products. The construction scheme of cold storage is designed, and the feasibility of cold storage construction of Hubei GuozhouWuhan Branch is discussed by means of financial analysis. Finally, from the perspective of cold chain logistics implementation, This paper puts forward some suggestions for the implementation of cold chain logistics in Wuhan Branch. The research shows that Hubei cold chain logistics has a broad market prospect and a large demand. The development of cold chain logistics by agricultural and sideline products of Hubei National Reserve can choose to build vegetables. Based on the financial analysis, it is proved that the controlled atmosphere storage of fruits is feasible in economy, and its payback period before tax is 5.83 years, and the economic benefit is remarkable.
