隨著現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展,作為物流活動(dòng)重要節(jié)點(diǎn)的物流中心的作用也日益得到了人們的普遍重視。物流中心是從事物流業(yè)務(wù)的場所或組織,由于物流中心主要實(shí)施對(duì)物流的綜合管理、制約與調(diào)配。因此,研究利用信息技術(shù)來構(gòu)建物流中心信息管理系統(tǒng),通過借助物流信息管理手段來提高物流中心運(yùn)作效率,降低物流運(yùn)作成本,具有重要的理論與實(shí)際應(yīng)用意 義。本文從物流中心的發(fā)展入手,剖析了現(xiàn)代物流中心的發(fā)展歷程與運(yùn)作流程,通過對(duì)物流中心信息系統(tǒng)基本功能的闡述,設(shè)計(jì)了物流中心信息管理系統(tǒng)的功能模塊,探討了物流中心信息管理系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)平臺(tái)和技術(shù),設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了物流中心信息管理系統(tǒng)各部分功能,同時(shí)以東湖物流中心的信息管理系統(tǒng)開發(fā)為背景,實(shí)現(xiàn)了物流中心信息管理系統(tǒng)的具體設(shè)計(jì)。主要研究內(nèi)容如下：1.物流中心運(yùn)作流程淺析淺析。通過對(duì)物流中心運(yùn)作流程的研究可深入理解物流運(yùn)作過程、信息傳遞過程,從而根據(jù)企業(yè)整體的運(yùn)作特點(diǎn),找出對(duì)系統(tǒng)最優(yōu)的解決策略；通過對(duì)物流中心的運(yùn)作過程和信息傳遞的詳細(xì)了解,從而為設(shè)計(jì)高效、實(shí)用、快速的信息系統(tǒng)奠定基礎(chǔ)。2.物流中心物流信息系統(tǒng)功能結(jié)構(gòu)。通過對(duì)物流中心信息系統(tǒng)的基本功能及結(jié)構(gòu)層次淺析淺析,明確了物流中心信息管理系統(tǒng)是由采購進(jìn)貨管理系統(tǒng)、銷貨出貨管理系統(tǒng)、庫存儲(chǔ)位管理系統(tǒng)、財(cái)務(wù)管理和結(jié)算系統(tǒng)、運(yùn)輸配送管理系統(tǒng)、物流淺析淺析系統(tǒng)和物流決策支持系統(tǒng)等管理子系統(tǒng)的有機(jī)整合與集成,為進(jìn)一步實(shí)現(xiàn)物流中心業(yè)務(wù)的統(tǒng)籌運(yùn)作與科學(xué)管理奠定了基礎(chǔ)。3.東湖物流中心信息管理系統(tǒng)功能模塊設(shè)計(jì)。通過對(duì)東湖物流中心作業(yè)流程和功能淺析淺析,設(shè)計(jì)了東湖物流中心信息系統(tǒng),主要功能模塊有訂單管理、采購管理、進(jìn)貨管理、庫存儲(chǔ)位管理、出貨管理、輸配送管理、退貨管理、設(shè)備管理、財(cái)務(wù)管理及營運(yùn)管理等。4.東湖物流中心信息管理系統(tǒng)功能模塊實(shí)現(xiàn)。通過對(duì)物流信息管理系統(tǒng)開發(fā)策略、開發(fā)平臺(tái)及相關(guān)技術(shù)的淺析淺析,明確了東湖物流中心信息系統(tǒng)采用結(jié)構(gòu)化程序設(shè)計(jì)的策略,利用B/S架構(gòu)技術(shù)和SQLServer數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù),按照物流信息系統(tǒng)開發(fā)流程,逐步進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、實(shí)施、運(yùn)行及評(píng)價(jià)。論文所做的研究,為物流中心的信息管理系統(tǒng)建設(shè)提供了有益的借鑒。

【Abstract】 With the booming of modern logistics industry, Logistics centre as an important role of logistic activities is become more and more important. It is not only a site but also an organization for people to go in for logistics business, for logistics centre mainly on the implementation of integrated management, controlling and redeployment.’Studying the use of information technology to build a logistics centre information management system, utilizing the logistics information management means to improve the logistics centre’s operating efficiency and reduce the operating costs. It is of important theoretical and practical application significance.From the beginning of the development of logistics centre, the article analyses development processes and working processes of the modern logistics centre, through elaborating the basic functionality of logistics centre information system. This paper devises functional modules of logistics centre information management system, dicusses the platforms and technology of logistics centre information management system; designs and executes the various parts of the functions of logistics centre information management system. While it takes.the information management system development of Donghu logistics centre as the background, to actualize the specific design of logistics centre information management system. Main contents of the research are as follows.1. Analysis of Logistics centre operating process. Through the research of logistics centre operating process, we can deeply understand logistics system and information transfer process, while according to the overall operating characteristics of enterprises to find out the best solution of the system. Through the detailed understanding of the function of processes and information flow of logistics centre to lay a foundation to design an efficient, speediness and practical information system.2. Logistics information system’s functional structure on logistics centre, through the analyzing of basic functionality and layer of structure of logistics center information system, these article definitudes that logistics center information management. System is made up of procuremental purchase management system, the shipment management system, the inventory location management system, financial management and settlement systems, transportation and delivery’management system, supply chain analysis system, controlling of logistical decisions system and some other administration subsystems. It’s organically conformity and integration set a foundation for further implementation of the logistics centre’s whole operating and scientific management.3. The functional module design of Donghu logistics central information management system. According to the analysis of work processes and function on Donghu logistics centre. This article designs Donghu logistics centre information system. The primary functions are order management, purchasing management, the stock management, the inventory location management, shipment management, transportation and delivery management, refund management, equipment management, financial management, operation management and so on.4.The realizing of functional modules on Donghu logistics centre information management system, Through the analysis of development methods, development platform and related technical on logistics information management system. Define the use of structured programming method of Donghu logistics centre information system, In accordance with the development process of logistics information system. Advantage of B/S schema technology and SQL Server database technology, to design, exectuate, operate and evaluate a system step by step.The research paper provides logistics centre information management system with useful experience.
