基于霍爾三維方法論的鋼鐵企業(yè)生產物流決策模式研究

【摘要】:鋼鐵工業(yè)是國民經濟的重要支柱產業(yè),經過最近幾十年鋼鐵產能爆發(fā)式增長,其行業(yè)產能已經過剩,隨著鋼材市場需求降低,鋼材價格的下跌,企業(yè)利潤越來越低甚至發(fā)生虧損。由于鋼鐵企業(yè)的發(fā)展前期過快造成了重生產輕物流的現狀,導致物流費用成本與發(fā)達國家相比較高,所以現階段企業(yè)采用合理化的物流模式減少物流成本,已經成為企業(yè)的“第三利潤源”。鋼鐵企業(yè)選用何種物流經營模式需要企業(yè)根據自身狀況和綜合因素進行判斷,正確的物流決策至關重要。本文提出了運用霍爾三維模型來進行物流模式選擇。 首先介紹了鋼鐵企業(yè)的生產流程及生產物流流程,結合其生產物流的特點,將鐵前系統(tǒng)環(huán)節(jié)、煉鐵系統(tǒng)環(huán)節(jié)及軋鋼系統(tǒng)環(huán)節(jié)三部分重新劃分為五階段生產物流流程,分別為原燃料進廠環(huán)節(jié)、鐵前加工環(huán)節(jié)、煉鐵系統(tǒng)環(huán)節(jié)、軋鋼加工環(huán)節(jié)及外發(fā)環(huán)節(jié)。 然后本文提出影響鋼鐵企業(yè)物流模式選擇的三個重要因素為企業(yè)物流水平、企業(yè)技術保密性以及企業(yè)物流量。通過運用模糊綜合評價法與層次分析法相結合的方法對企業(yè)物流水平以及技術保密性進行定性評價,確定其級別;根據鋼鐵企業(yè)生產流程以及物流流程,運用線性數學模型,測算鋼鐵企業(yè)物流量,并通過對物流行業(yè)調研,確定企業(yè)物流量級別。構建了生產物流模式的三維選擇模型,運用霍爾三維模型對三個因素進行綜合權衡,做出與企業(yè)物流水平、技術保密性以及物流量相適合的物流模式選擇。 最后運用生產物流模式三維選擇模型,對黑龍江建龍鋼鐵企業(yè)的現狀以及擴能規(guī)劃后生產物流分產品類別、分流程環(huán)節(jié)進行了物流模式評價并提出了模式選擇建議。
[Abstract]:The iron and steel industry is an important pillar industry of the national economy. After the explosive growth of steel production capacity in recent decades, its industry has already overcapacity. As the steel market demand drops, steel prices fall. The profits of the enterprises are becoming lower and lower, and even losses have occurred. As a result of the rapid development of iron and steel enterprises, the present situation of heavy production and light logistics has resulted in higher logistics costs compared with developed countries. Therefore, at the present stage, enterprises adopt a reasonable logistics model to reduce logistics costs, which has become the "third profit source" of enterprises. What kind of logistics management mode should be selected by iron and steel enterprises needs to be judged according to their own conditions and comprehensive factors. It is very important to make correct logistics decision. This paper proposes a three-dimensional Hall model to select the logistics model. Firstly, the production process and production logistics flow of iron and steel enterprises are introduced. According to the characteristics of production logistics, three parts of iron front system, iron making system and rolling system are redivided into five stages production logistics process. They are raw fuel entry, iron pre-processing, ironmaking system, rolling and outputting. Then this paper puts forward three important factors that affect the choice of logistics mode of iron and steel enterprises: the level of enterprise logistics. Through the combination of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the enterprise logistics level and technology confidentiality are qualitatively evaluated, and its level is determined. According to the production process and logistics flow of iron and steel enterprises, this paper uses linear mathematical model to calculate the material flow of iron and steel enterprises, and through the investigation of logistics industry, determines the level of enterprise material flow, and constructs a three-dimensional selection model of production logistics model. The three factors are synthetically weighed by Hall three-dimensional model, and the logistics mode suitable for enterprise logistics level, technology secrecy and material flow is chosen. Finally, by using the three-dimensional selection model of production logistics model, the paper evaluates the logistics model of Jianlong Iron and Steel Enterprise in Heilongjiang Province and the product category and process of production logistics after capacity expansion planning, and puts forward some suggestions for model selection.
