【摘要】：對河北省泊頭、辛集和晉州市重點企業(yè)梨果采收、分級、包裝、預冷、貯藏、通風、銷售及物流等環(huán)節(jié)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題進行了調(diào)研,檢測了梨果貯藏庫庫溫、果溫、乙烯濃度、CO2濃度等指標;并對調(diào)研企業(yè)貯藏梨果進行了內(nèi)在品質(zhì)和虎皮、黑心發(fā)病率抽樣調(diào)查;分析總結了河北省梨果貯藏保鮮產(chǎn)業(yè)中存在的主要問題,提出了未來的發(fā)展趨勢,并就下一步發(fā)展規(guī)劃提出了初步建議。
[Abstract]:The current situation and existing problems of pear fruit collection, grading, packaging, pre-cooling, storage, ventilation, sales and logistics in key enterprises of Botou, Xinji and Jinzhou in Hebei Province were investigated, and the storage temperature and fruit temperature of pear fruit storage were detected. Some indexes such as ethylene concentration and CO _ 2 concentration, the internal quality, the incidence of tiger skin and black heart were investigated, and the main problems existed in the storage and preservation industry of pear fruit in Hebei Province were analyzed and summarized. The development trend in the future is put forward, and the preliminary suggestions for the next development plan are put forward.
