【摘要】：綠色物流的概念一經(jīng)提出就得到了社會各界的高度關(guān)注�！熬G色”是一個(gè)相對的概念,任何企業(yè)只要在“綠色”方面做出一點(diǎn)努力都可以標(biāo)榜自己的企業(yè)為綠色企業(yè),造成這種信息不對稱的原因主要是缺乏一個(gè)合適的評價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),因此應(yīng)該將評價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的制定作為綠色化發(fā)展的重要內(nèi)容。煙草物流經(jīng)過十多年的發(fā)展,取得了許多可觀的成績,但是隨著發(fā)展的不斷深入,煙草物流企業(yè)面臨的壓力也越來越大,其中,如何實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會和環(huán)境三者之間效益的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,是當(dāng)前煙草行業(yè)面臨的最大問題之一。基于以上問題,本文以“綠色化”為中心,對條煙配送物流的綠色度進(jìn)行評價(jià)研究,試圖通過對這一物流環(huán)節(jié)的綠色度進(jìn)行評價(jià)研究,提高行業(yè)對綠色物流的認(rèn)識和重視程度,從而促進(jìn)整個(gè)煙草物流系統(tǒng)的綠色化。文章大致從四個(gè)方面展開研究。①理論研究。通過理論研究,明確了研究的意義,掌握了綠色物流、物流配送和煙草物流三方面的發(fā)展概況和特征,闡明了條煙配送物流綠色化的內(nèi)涵,為下一步評價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系的構(gòu)建鋪墊好了基礎(chǔ)。②評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)建。本文通過指標(biāo)預(yù)選、問卷調(diào)查和指標(biāo)篩選三個(gè)步驟進(jìn)行指標(biāo)選擇,從效率性能、環(huán)境性能、經(jīng)濟(jì)性能和人員性能四個(gè)維度出發(fā),在其下篩選出了20個(gè)三級指標(biāo)構(gòu)建了條煙配送物流的綠色度評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。③評價(jià)模型的構(gòu)建。在評價(jià)模型的構(gòu)建過程中,主要涉及賦權(quán)方法選擇和綜合評價(jià)方法選擇兩個(gè)部分,本文通過對幾種常用方法進(jìn)行比較分析,最終選擇將熵權(quán)法和物元分析法相結(jié)合構(gòu)建了評價(jià)模型。④實(shí)證分析。本文以重慶市煙草物流公司的四個(gè)配送中心為例,對其進(jìn)行了綠色度評價(jià),得出了各個(gè)配送中心在每個(gè)具體指標(biāo)上的綠色度等級和公司的總體綠色度水平,并結(jié)合評價(jià)結(jié)果給出了有效的建議。
[Abstract]:As soon as the concept of green logistics has been put forward, it has received high attention from all walks of life. "Green" is a relative concept. Any enterprise that makes a little effort in "green" can label its own enterprise as a green enterprise. The main reason for this information asymmetry is the lack of an appropriate evaluation standard. Therefore, the establishment of evaluation criteria should be regarded as an important part of green development. After more than ten years of development, tobacco logistics has made a lot of remarkable achievements. However, with the deepening of development, tobacco logistics enterprises are facing more and more pressure. Among them, how to realize the coordinated development of economic, social and environmental benefits, It is one of the biggest problems faced by the tobacco industry at present. Based on the above problems, this paper takes "greening" as the center, carries on the appraisal research to the green degree of the tobacco distribution logistics, attempts to carry on the appraisal research to the green degree of this logistics link, In order to promote the greening of the whole tobacco logistics system, the paper carries out the theoretical research of 1. 1 from four aspects. Through the theoretical research, the significance of the research is made clear. The general situation and characteristics of the development of green logistics, logistics distribution and tobacco logistics are grasped, and the connotation of green distribution of strip tobacco distribution is clarified. In this paper, the evaluation index system is constructed by index pre-selection, questionnaire survey and index screening, in order to select indicators from efficiency performance, environmental performance, and environmental performance. Based on the four dimensions of economic performance and personnel performance, 20 tertiary indexes were selected to construct the green degree evaluation index system of tobacco distribution logistics. It mainly involves the selection of weighting method and comprehensive evaluation method. This paper makes a comparative analysis of several commonly used methods. Finally, we choose to combine entropy weight method with matter element analysis method to construct evaluation model .4. This paper takes the four distribution centers of Chongqing Tobacco Logistics Company as an example to evaluate the green degree of the four distribution centers. The green grade of each distribution center in each index and the overall green degree level of the company are obtained, and the effective suggestions are given in combination with the evaluation results.
